UPDATE: gave them another try and it was exceptional! Everybody has off days and am glad they chose to make it right!Placed an order for delivery a litte after 2 pm on 2/25/24 and this wasn't the greatest . My food wasn't jimmy johns standards. The bread tasted like it was old and I definitely didn't get extra mayo or sauce as requested. Have been craving a JJs sub but this just wasn't it. Will try again and hopefully it'll be better next time.

Came here 20 min before close and I have to sing Aaliyah’s praises! As someone in the restaurant industry myself, I understand how tired and over it you can feel toward closing time but Not only was she so kind and helpful, but she went out of her way to be generous and give me something to take home to my step daughter. Her kindness really made an impact on me, and I wanted to share. Food was great per usual, too. Thank you again Aaliyah!!

Ordered a sandwhich earlier this week. Sometimes things happen and I had a hair in my food. Always the same order, slim 5 cut in halve with mayo. I called the store and received an offer to remake it which was not necessary anymore since my wife was kind enough to pick me up some lunch.The gentleman I spoke to told me to call in the order next time so the could apply a credit / remake the order. I thought that was nice enough and for me that would settle the matter.I call in today and I guess nobody took notes. Again, things happen and not even griping about that. But.. I order regularly and with a drink it's 20 dollars per run. I spent probably around 300 bucks in a few weeks here. Won't do that again.

Our delivery specialist 'Jackson' was accidentally given the wrong stack of money for our order in which was a Substantial amount more, so when we called to get this matter fixed he politely and whole heartedly agreed and complied. We just wanted to give JACKSON a shout out and our huge appreciation. We will continue to be your loyal customers

My husband is a JJ aficionado. I’m not much of a sandwich eater, but I do like their “unwich” option which is a lettuce wrap around your sandwich of choice. Great for cutting calories, reducing carbs, and occasionally bringing peace to the dinner table when our choices don’t line up. I love ordering through the app and the fast delivery (though there’s a fee for that). Hubby’s fave is the #5 and #7 Italian choices. I like their clubs.

Ordered the Italian nightclub, i added extra for provolone and capocolla. Apparently 3 slices of the capocolla and 4 pieces of cheese is extra?? So how much is on here when I don’t add extra??? Place is a scam?

Charles is one of the few remaining top notch kind of guys! Great attitude and guest service is above and beyond what you would expect. I forgot my order of cookies for my daughter's and he stayed late to hand them to me. This is a huge thing for me and it made my girls night. He even threw in two bread loafs in the bag too!!! I'll always come back to the Camp Bowie location. Keep up the great job Mr Charles and I'll be back!!!
