I called in an order, And got a new hire who was in training by a leader in charge. I order a sandwich. My company is only least than 5 minutes from the shop. Waited over 45 minutes. When it finally came there were 2 sandwiches for $30 . I only asked for one. I called and the supervisor or manager didn't seem at all concerned. Who or why would a person buy a sandwich for $30 when you can sit at a restaurant and have a great meal. I called and he said the driver would be there soon. My concern is management should have handled that more professionally. No more Jimmy John's for me. Treat others as if this happened to you Sir. If you were in my place. Remember what you do to others will come back to you as a loan with interest!!!!!!!

I used to live across the street and visited quite a few times, never had any problem before today.The drive thru was slow even though we were the only ones in line AND they didn't give me the chips I paid for! $13 for a combo and I didn't even get it. I was already home by the time I noticed so there's no way I'm going back (I don't live close by anymore!).On top of slow service, the customer service was not there. Blatantly obvious they don't want to be there, and while they were not outright rude it was just uncomfortable. Totally opposite of what we've experienced before, so sad.Well, our actual sandwiches were delicious though which is why I added an extra star. Please do better on customer service and quality checks of orders, Jimmy John’s!

Terrible experience - closed inside so I couldn’t pick up my to go order which I ordered in advance. I then waited at the window for ten minutes before someone from inside came over to see what we needed, with attitude.

Worst Jimmy John's in America. I sat in the drive through for 5 minutes with no answer while people drove around me tired of waiting. So I pull up to the window, there's a sign that says, "if you didn't order at the drive through we will not open this window" so I drove around to the front and the door is locked with a sign saying "drive through only" and there's a kid just staring at me through the glass on his phone. What a joke.

Sandwich is good but not so freaky fast anymore. I placed the order before I left my house, made it to the line and she still told me to pull around and she'll bring it out when it was ready.

Let me start by saying that I generally have great experiences with this restaurant. However, lately the service through delivery has been disappointing. It took them an hour to deliver my 1 sandwich, and when I received it, it was the wrong sandwich!! ? When I contacted the store they said they were short staffed. Sadly this isn't the 1st time they've been "short staffed". All in all, I will not be using the delivery option again.
