This place was not even busy. They asked me to pull up to door and they would bring it out. I left and something told me to check my order. Thank god i did before got all the way home. Supposed to be 6 pieces of chicken. They left out 2. When i pulled back up it was like they already knew what they did. I said im missing 2 pieces. He said awwww my bad. Then yelled i need 2 more pieces. Felt like he was laughing at me. Chicken was small and seemed old or overcooked. Kfc really needs to step up there game. Exspecially for the outrageous price's. Never said sorry. Kfc sucks now. Also this is not the only one that has gone downhill. I will never eat there again and nor will my friend's or family. Yall are that bad.. I can go to Lisa's seafood and chicken and get way better food and pay way less and get great service.

I have to say that their wicked wings were amazing every time I got them. I went with my mom and tried their chicken sandwich and was very underwhelmed. There was only one other car there and it took a very long time for us to get our food. The few staff members that were there were not the most professional, and I had to ask multiple times for my buffalo ranch sauce. I may try another location eventually, but they really need to do better.

Just ordered the Chizza and don’t even look like they tried to melt the cheese on it. If I could post the pic I would. Reminds me of Papa Murphy’s the way this looks. I gotta go home and put it back in the oven. Definitely don’t look done or like the commercial or pics.

I order chicken tenders and when I got home i got chicken thighs. I ask for ranch and hot sauce they gave me none. Worts $50 ever spend. Never coming back to this trash a$$ place.

This is by far the worst KFC location ever. They are poorly managed. Never get the order right, and don’t answer their phone when you have an issue. Don’t make the same mistake I did and give them another chance. Horrible, horrible service. The gallon of sweet tea we got today was nothing but dirty water. Disgusting.

I stood in line to order food. The person before me placed an order with the cashier. I was not acknowledged until after they brought out the order person before me. And the cashier just scoffed and disappeared into the kitchen. I stood at the counter another few minutes and left. Will not be returning customer service was horrible.

I decided to give them another chance today, well NEVER AGAIN!. 8 pc family meal almost $30bucks the meat is dry and omg very hard. Fries hard(feels like this is last week's food) the tenders are not edible, my daughter didn't eat them. Why do you sell old, dry food? I wish there was someone I could file a complaint too. I'm done with you KFC, it used to be one of my favorite places years ago.
