Why has this store been temporarily closed for the past 2 weeks but google maps says it’s open and so do the employees when you call the main number ??

We eat here because the food is usually good and we have good memories here. My wife even chose it for a family birthday lunch! The quality control is abysmal. I had literally 1 slice of super thin roast beef on my $9 sandwich. My son's sandwich had a full 1/2 thick of turkey. My ceasar had plenty of parmesean, and my wife's had none. My 7yr old daughter's $9 crepes tasted "kinda weird".They used to have free bread and jelly. If they have it now you'd have to ask for it I guess. Just another way to decrease the value of the meal. We have a good memory of my oldest spelling her name with letters she made from the crust at 3 or 4 yrs old.The cashier was happy enough, and the food came out in a longer than expected but still reasonable time.I only come here under duress on special occasions when my wife gets unilateral control over where we eat. Too bad. I used to love LA Mad. Now I just leave mad.?‍?Parking: Parking is rough and the too-small single row of spots is shared with a Starbucks.

Worst La Madaline in the metroplex. They dont have the bread, butter and jam out. You have to mother may i. Go some where else this place is so cheap they dont offer what every single one of them does. Of course they dont have the jam they have to make it. This franchise should be pulled.. the dining room is not clean. These plates have been like this on the tables for at least 15 minutes

They catered dessert for my company’s holiday lunches. GREAT job! Very impressed with how delicious everything was.

We love La Madeleine, but something has changed. We won't be visiting this location any longer. The worker who served our soup was literally scooping it with a small cup out of the pot dipping her fingers in the process. When I asked to please put gloves on, with a fake smile and "of course" and they continued to pour the soup in the same bowl. I asked for them to please make a new bowl and got some attitude. My food was not brought to the table but left for me to pick up. The food was left on the counter, with no tray, so I had to ask for said tray, while other food was delivered to the tables as always. I guess it was too much for us to wish for the soup to be poured without dipping fingers in. When I asked why we weren't given a number, I was told : well, you are standing here. ( I was waiting for the number to take to the table) and no, I wasn't yelling, just politely asked do not serve the food with barehands and dip their fingers into the broth... The manager on duty was really good about handling the situation though!

We're from arizona and every time we work in dfw area we go to this bakery. We can't wait to get there.Yesterday, arround 3 pm , the place was empty just a male ,young ,skinny Caucasian white kid arround 20 years old and a young girl she was cleaning and fixing merchandise , anyway so i ordered lemon tart ,my friend ordered crem brulee , so this kid just treated us so rude, with a bad attitude it was terrible. When we go to plano they re so nice , and attentive. Just wanna let you know. Treat your guest good , the other ones , cause we aint going back i rather buy crem brulee at fogo de chào, not the same but at least they treat you well.

The food is OK at this location, but the service, the staff and the lack of management makes this a total hole in the ground. I'm just shaking my head when it takes 45 minutes to order a slice of toast and they still couldn't get it right. We've tried this place twice and both times were sorely disappointed. We just have to try another location because the food chain comes from corporate so it's fairly consistent but this location is going to go out of business sooner than later....

The Tomato Basil soup is phenomenal and I also got the French dip which was really good (got without mayo). Service was good as well.

Food was as good as Panera bread. The best part was the quiche crust. Tomato soup was extremely sour. None of the tables were being cleared or cleaned even during their slow hours. The best part of the atmosphere was the "bon jour" from the cashier to try to hide all of the other shortcomings we were about to experience.

The windows are dirty. The floor is filthy. The fireplace is full of trash. The tables are greasy. The soup is lukewarm. If the dining room is dirty, so is the kitchen. This place is desperate for new management. Until that happens, steer

inside is cute, and probably the only redeeming quality of the place. the food is… okay? mostly tastes heated up rather than freshly prepared. but the WAIT TIME. again, probably only worth it if you’re eating inside. i waited nearly 30 mins for a piece of avocado toast and some eggs.

Waited 30 minutes for my pickup order. Staff sold part of what I ordered to someone else so I picked a substitute then they tried to convince me that my order didn’t come with fruit because they didn’t have any cut up. They wanted me to pick something else again. So much can be fixed by a simple “I’m sorry this happened” but staff all deflected that nothing was their fault. Won’t be back to this location and watched several others walk out due to the long wait time to even be spoken to.

I love their muffin s and has browns. Their bacon is thin but that's ok because it's crispy.
