Service was bad, i made a big order just for most of it to be made WRONG. She had an attitude the whole time, and didn't even come to greet us when we walked in, instead she was hiding until we said something. What type of customer service is this. when we called she started telling us we were in the wrong and we didn't know how to order. when we first ordered she didn't let us finish and when we told her that's not how we wanted it she got an even bigger attitude and didn't let us talk. and yes i did get her name Ubra was her name. she needs to do better her and her attitude need to go ASAPYou're

If I had the option of giving them a 0 star I would. Costumer service is a 0. Food quality is a 0. Ubra the lady making my food had the worst attitude walking away while I haven’t even finished ordering. Corn no flavor. I don’t leave reviews for anyone but this experience here was the worst I had to leave a review very upset you look forward to eating your food to the disappointment.

Very friendly customer service, Junior was very friendly and recommended to try some products and explain everything when I told him it was my first time there. Came in for 1 ice cream left with 14 paletas and 2 ice creams . Two ?? can't wait to go back again ?

So many great choices to choose from here! My kids and I absolutely loved the decor and everything looked so appetizing, it was hard to pick just one item. I got a Mazapan inspired drink and it was absolutely delicious! I loved the element of having a whole paleta that I could essentially re-dip into my drink for added variety. The only drawback was that I'm a little limited with my Spanish and the person here barely spoke English (that's on me), but everything was labeled in English so it was easy enoigh to point and generally convey what we wanted to order without an issue. I would highly recommend and will absolutely come back.

My daughter and husband drank a fruit water and when my husband opened the glass, the label was still on the apple ??♀️
I came in for ice cream and horchata and got to try a little bit of everything. The people there were so nice and helpful the ice freak had not just a little bit but a lot of real fruit chucks in every bite. The horchata and aquas Fresca were amazing. I hate grainy horchata but this one was just right. The nachos were regular nachos nothings special but definitely lots of options.

So this was our first time there and we enjoyed all the snacks we purchased. They were very helpful if we were unfamiliar with a specific product and we had the opportunity to taste some of the wonderful flavors of the nieve. We will definitely be coming back soon with the family. Oh as I was looking at the screens to see what I want they kept changing too fast so that was probably the most frustrating part but the good thing they do have great customer service so it worked out for us.

Snacks and drinks are delicious and so fun!Service was really nice and efficient. A small wait, but fairly quick considering the complexity of their products and the size of the menu.If the location could expand with a larger lobby, it would be highly beneficial to them. Business is booming, and customers are wanting table space to enjoy their treats, but seating is limited in the facility. Definitely need more space as the menu items can be messy to consume.
