I could be wrong about this. I have a credit card account that I very rarely used. I left my debit card at home . So I keep an emergency card in my trunk with my emergency spare kit. I used it at this restaurant. A few weeks later I start getting weird charges on my credit card. Now I'm not for sure about this. But here's the thing. I went almost a year without using this particular credit card. But all of a sudden these weird charges showed up on my credit card like 2 weeks later. So I don't know what the deal is. But I find it very odd and strange. Somebody really need to investigate this place. I'm just saying.

First of all, I spent the night hugging the toilet throwing up the bad chicken tenders they served me. Not sure if they weren’t cooked all the way or just sat out for too long, but it was a rough night.2. They shorted me my dessert, now mind you, that’s partially on me for not double checking before I left, but it’s not like my order was complicated. Tenders, fries, fountain drink and one of their new cheesecake rolls.3. Their chicken was bland, no flavor, just breading. I mention this because they forgot my sauces too.4. I’ve never been here before so I don’t know what their portion sizes are and I ordered the meal deal and asked for fries, and they replied so double fries? And I said sure thinking it was like any other normal chain, but what I got was two massive boxes of fries. Now that could be good if you’re feeding a family, but it was just me. They could have just said that the boxes are pretty big, are you sure you want two? And then I probably would have asked for a second item. That just boils down to customer service. So 50/50 on this one depending on if you know what you’re ordering.5. Like others have stated, the lobby is their dry storage area, I’m not hating, just stating. I get it, you need somewhere to place your goods, and when I went through around 7pm, there wasn’t a lot of people in the dine in area. It might be a problem during different times of the day.6. The staff was just “there”. You could tell they were doing their job, but they just didn’t really care about anything, was the feeling I got.Overall, I definitely would not recommend this place, nor would I ever return. Maybe it was just a one off day, but looking at some of their other reviews and the other local branches as well, it seems to be a systemic problem with this chain. Eat here at your own risk.

Food was cold and old, after I requested fresh chicken fries and okra. I will NEVER go back to this Lisa's again. Not understanding as it was lunch time.

Lisa's Chicken makes the best fast-food chicken in Fort Worth, as far as I'm concerned. I've gained a lot of weight from enjoying their fried chicken so much. They also make good fried catfish. I usually do the drive-through; they have indoor seating, but at this location, it's rather blah and not super appealing.Parking: They are a stand-alone business and they have their own free parking lot.
I went through the drive through and waited a ridiculous amount of time I was real disappointed because I was wanting fried chicken bad. The workers inside were sitting up on the area by the cash register and cutting up I guess they were waiting on the food but they never told me in the line that it will be a wait. Very unprofessional!
