Who ever the black chick is with the horrible hair needs a new job. Horrible customer service after an employee messed up my transaction. The money is nothing, I went right to another location, but the lack of understanding that it was indeed a mishap on their end is what pissed me off. Will not spend money at this establishment location again.

Please make sure you check your pizza after ordering from here. I ordered at my pizza at 9pm and once I recieved it at 9:37pm, my pizza was not the one I ordered . I had ordered a whole pepperoni and half jalapeño and when I got my ordered it was all pepperoni and jalapeño. Gladly they were able to fix it . But this is very disappointing. A lady next to me also mentioned to me that they got her ordered wrong twice . So I’m glad I checked mine. I’m not sure if they were understaffed or if there was no communication in the back but this was a very disappointing trip.

I got the crazy puffs, marinara sauce, and get some Buffalo wings. I should’ve ordered online because it was a longer wait in store. The crazy puffs were great and fresh and the Buffalo wings were the worst. The sauce didn’t taste like Buffalo at all and was very watery. I got Buffalo ranch to mask the taste but I won’t be getting them again.

Little Caesars has always been my got to I have never had any issues with this location, the pizza the service is always great. Until a recent incident that took place with an order that was placed I lost a tooth on a slice a Pizza I don't know what it was I bit down on but it was hard enough to brake my tooth in half and fall out and because I don't have what I bit down on because I accidentally swallowed whatever it was all I got was an apology and they can't help me, an apology is not going to fix or repair the tooth I lost, absolutely out ragged at the decision not to do anything not to mention the physical and emotional damage when I look at myself in the mirror my tooth is gone and there's nothing they are willing to do about it.
The lady manager at little Caesar’s is just awesome .. she helped me how to make an order online ( I was trying to use my tmobile promo code ) .. she was soo patient and helped me .. I have seen her treating the other customer also very politly ( as I saw they were also inquiring about the mobile app) .. excellent customer service ..5 stars for the manager ❤️

Good pizza at a good price. Getting in touch with their service department is insanely difficult though.We had to make an edit to our order and we called the store, then were told to call the online support team who told us we needed to call the store. Around and around we went, only to end up back with the store.Felt like the phone call was a nuisance to the store, which I understand! Especially if I paid a remote group to field calls for me. I think the online group needs some work if they are trying to reduce restaurant complexity.
