Ordered three pizzas, two regular crust one thin. One should have had several veggies added as toppings. The clerk kept repeating back THIN on all of the crusts, my husband corrected her twice. We ended up with all thin crust pizzas and on the one that should have had veggies, we got olives. Only olives. When we pointed that out we were told that they had simply run out of the other toppings.To be fair, the young man who was left to address this was very kind and tried to fix it, but had no support from management and couldn't turn back the clock on our wait time to make another two pizzas.

Ordered pizza tonight and not sure what happened. The pizza is raw and not cooked. So i tried to call the 1800 number and they said they could refund me 15% of my pizza price. I didnt even care about the fefund I need a pizza that me and family can eat. Definitely not impresssed with the pizza we received

The pizza is not cooked right from the bottom, its sometimes soggy like they didn't let it cook all the way.
The person that took my order sees me sitting there puts up my food and goes on about his business. 20 minutes go by and I asked about it then I got my food. Manager apologized but I sat there and the person just looked at me.

Went today and was behind one other customer. After they left, the staff both walked away, leaving me standing there. The older woman came back after a minute and greeted me with “What do you want??” (To buy pizza…?) She acted like my very presence was grating on her last nerve. I told her I was picking up three cheese pizzas I had preordered. She got them and threw them in the pizza portal thing (also what the heck is that? Why can’t they just hand it to you like any other pizza place?) I politely asked if I could get them cut in 16 slices since I wasn’t able to put a request online when I ordered. She said “they’re already cut and in the pizza portal” and walked away. I said “I know that, but I wasn’t able to ask beforehand.” She responded with “you’re gonna have to wait” and walked away. Remember…I’m the only customer there. She then started making pizzas in the back and ignoring me! After a minute or two she called out to the younger guy working with her “Can you go help that woman?” He was polite and got the pizza out to cut it…that’s when I saw all three were pepperoni, not cheese. When I mentioned it, she flew off the handle at him saying “I grabbed those because YOU said they were cheese!!” He went and made it right…but wow… won’t be going back because she’s a piece of work. Clearly shouldn’t be in any role that’s customer-facing (or works with others, if we’re being honest).
