I have tried twice now to order successfully from here. The first time my order was completely wrong, but they had some ridiculous policy that I could get only 10% of the money back or something like that. This time, it took TWO HOURS and the food is also wrong. DoorDash said I had to call the store for a refund, but I have called three times and NO ONE ANSWERS. Customer service phone number was extremely rude. I admit I was upset, but I was not yelling or cursing or anything. They refused to help and then hung up on me. I will not be ordering from here again, not that thats a threat but I can see from the reviews there is a serious trend here. Just stay away, trust me. You don't want the hassle.

All 3 boxes what a waste of $$$ ?UpdateThe after 5 crew on 6/21/22 are awesome they know customer service. They all deserve a raise. I ordered online and they were out of my crust. I recieved a courtesy call and they made my order just perfect. I have never had this experience at this particular location. Keep up the good work guys true meaning of customer service. Owners please values these employees as long as they are working you will get my business. I have had some bad past experiences here with a lady at the front being rude but today that all changed when i met gerald?. gerald was so respecful,kind, true to himself, and has THE BEST CUSTOMER service i have ever had at a fast food place! 10/10 recommend the fine man

Mostly a good experience but sometimes I think they are in a hurry and undercook the pizza.
This is truly the worst restaurant I've experienced. I've only attempted to get pizza here twice and both times I've come away empty handed. The first time I tried to get a hot and ready but the wait was 30 min. Today I ordered online(without paying up front, thankfully), waited 25 min at my house, and then went to the store. When I arrived there were 6 people waiting on pizza and one lady that was rightfully angry for waiting over 20min for pizza. I turned around and left. I will not attempt to get pizza here again.

Worst experience of my life ! Waited an hour to find out they made my food wrong and when I went into the store to pick up and stood there for 30min with the sweet manager in a full blown panic I caught a worker blowing his snotty nose , then throws out the tissue and walked straight over to a pizza to box it up but no he proceeded to GRAB the pizza and move it around with his nasty fingers and when I told the manager he freaked out and starts cussing her out saying “they need to stop watching me!!!” And everyone in the lobby ( like 10people) were like “stop watching him??? Is he serious?!? That’s disgusting “ then the manager tells me they made my stuff wrong and it’ll be another 7-10min . Mind blown . So I left with my 8 year old daughter who was also very very hungry and we had to find something different to eat. My anxiety after than man started going insane spiked so high that I was shaking . I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe standing in there .

They didn't have my order ready on time when I ordered from online. There was a guy in the back that had slip On sho In the manager on did not know what was going on. I waited 15 minutes for pizza. That was supposed to be ready at 4:45. And they were cussing on the front line.
