We absolutely LOVE this bakery. Service is fantastic and the cakes are moist, delish and absolutely perfect! We have tried the Cookie Monster, amaretto, peach, vanilla cupcakes, the valentines strawberry and vanilla cakes and for my 50th we had the Milk and Cookies which was delicious. I love Loft22! As you can see I highly recommend!

One word: Disgusting. Please allow me to explain why. My sister wanted a wedding cake sampler - which they charged way too much for, and several cupcakes. Everything was gross. The cupcakes tasted like they had freezer burn. It was the taste of cake that has been sitting out on the counter for a long time and tastes like grit in your mouth. The frosting on cupcakes was overly sweet and cheap, something from the bottom quality goods at a grocery bakery.And now, the wedding cakes... They didn't provide 6 different kinds, 2 were the same, and again the same complaints. How so many different flavors can taste like the same type of garbage is beyond me.

This was the very first shop I thought of when we started planning the wedding. I had walked by it one time and saw it, it was cute and home looking. Their desserts displayed looked amazing I called and purchased a cake tasting box over the telephone on a Friday and paid for it in full $30 with my CC. Was told it would be ready the following Friday at 1pm. The cake tasting box was described as getting 6 sample slices of six various flavors. The following Friday finally came I was so excited I rushed right over at 1pm during my 30min lunch. Only to be so so hugely disappointed. The young lady at the counter looked at me like I was crazy. Had no idea what I was talking about. And said there's no tasting box set out. And the older woman sitting in the front corner of the shop asked for my name, I could tell by HR voice it was her who I spoke to over the phone. But she had nothing in writing regarding my tasting box order. She took all my info again said she'd notate to give me a discount. By the time I was done talking to her. The young lady at the counter hands me a box of she says I out one together for you. I thank her and leave. Get home only to find out only three slices were in the box. Small, paper thin slices. With no way of knowing what flavors they were. I call them back to let them know this. She tells me the flavors and I tell her excuse me I paid for 6. She says it will be ready for you next Friday. We will call you for pick up time. It's been three weeks. Still no call. I called again today to follow up and only to get a statement that she would let the owner know to refund me. Huh? So no making up for it and giving me what I paid for? Just a refund and lose a customer. Beyond let down. Hopefully I get a call to let me know I was refunded. Shop around people. Shop around.

we tried seven cake slices and ALL were good!!!!! Anytime cake can hold flavor without icing is a good thing!!!

I picked up the strawberry cake last weekend for a surprise party, I couldn't run in to get it because I just had a pedicure (poorly timed). Her granddaughter was sweet enough to run it out to my car. The cake.... WAS...SO GOOD!!!!!!! It was the talk of the party. The buttercream wasn't heavy, the cake was super moist. Ms. Lofton is my new cake Grandma!!! Highly recommended!!!!

An order of Cupcakes were placed for my birthday, simple 6 Cupcakes, we were told that it would be a week before we could receive them. We said OK because we were thinking Wow, they are very busy with Cake orders, the Cakes must be fantastic. I was so excited and couldn't wait to eat what I thought would be delicious. When we picked up the cupcakes I opened the box and saw the Cupcakes were smaller than a regular size cupcake ($3 ea)/$18 for 6 cupcakes) and the Cupcake, (I could only eat one, tried to eat two) it didn't taste fresh, not much taste at all, not soft like a fresh cupcake should be, dien't even have that fresh smell. No smell at all..Icing taste like that icing out of the can from the grocery store next to the cake mixes. Acually that icing in the store may be slightly better. Didn't like the icing on the cupcakes. Awful...I was so disappointed and unhappy. Cupcakes were thrown in in trash. Let me show you how it was left before trash. A serious disappointment for real. Tom Thumb have better Cupcakes. That's where I went.....

We’ve had cakes made all over the metroplex for birthdays, anniversaries and graduations. This was hands down the best. The buttercream was the right level of sweetness, the cake was moist, and the flavor was fantastic. We’ll definitely be going back for our next cake.

Oh my, where to even begin? Such a wonderful experience with this place. I emailed Loft22 Cakes to inquire about smash cakes since daughter's birthday was coming up. Quick response, very kind and informative. I decided to go with their blackberries and cream cake. Im so glad I did! It was so yummy!! And my daughter loved it too! So fresh tasting. I placed the order on a Tuesday and they had it ready by Friday. Friendly when I got there as well. Very reasonably priced too, I felt. I got the toppers from amazon, to match my daughter's theme and cake, (I smushed the top by accident a bit as you can see) but it wouldve been lovely on its own too. I cannot say enough good things about this cake. Will definitely be ordering from here again especially for birthdays!!! Thank you Loft22 Cakes for making my little girl's special.
