Out of 4 steaks, one was medium, two were medium rare, all as they should be, mine, well done instead of medium rare. Service was slow and forgetful; rarely checked on us. Had to ask another server for bread. Had to go find my own ketchup and no refills on drinks. Upon arrival around 4 pm, my party of 4 was told there would be 20-30 min wait. No one was in line, and the dining room was mostly empty...lack of servers. I was very disappointed in everything this last trip. And I mean last trip. The bright side is that they comped my meal.

I sat at the bar. Ordered the 12oz ribeye with blue cheese crust, street corn on cob and sweet potato. Meat was properly medium rare. Everything was delicious! Also, reasonably priced compared to other local steak houses.

We went in about 4ish and there were alot of empty tables. She said it would be about 10 minutes ok no problem. So we were waiting and it seemed they were having issues with there system which became obvious as people were coming in and getting seated right away. After about 20 minutes or so we were seated and it was all good from there.

I ordered the chocolate stampede, steak, parmesan-crusted chicken, shrimp carbonara, ribs, sweet potato, and loaded baked potato. I wasn’t a big fan of the complementary bread, but everything else was Scrumptious! The steak was cooked exactly the way I ordered. Chicken, shrimp pasta, and ribs were all juicy and seasoned perfectly. Sweet and baked potatoes were huge, loaded, and well prepared. The establishment was warm & cozy. The staff member I encountered when picking up my to-go order was friendly and helpful.
I don't post review much (this is actually my 2nd post) but since my wife came home with food poisoning I had to voice my experience. She's home with all the symptoms (vomiting, nausea, headache, etc) My wife ordered the ribeye steak medium rare. The steak look like it was cooked at a 45 degree angle. One side of it cook right but towards the other end of the steak rare as it can be. The food took forever to come out. My wife plate felt cold like it been sitting there for awhile. The broccoli all soggy and small like it was from the leftover. The waitress came by once to check on us. And oh yeah the suggestion tips on the receipt is calculated with tax included, not before tax. Texas Roadhouse way much better.
