We had stayed at the hotel 2 months ago on our way through town and were looking forward to coming back for the great food and atmosphere. Simon and Alex were incredibly friendly, provided outstanding service, and made us feel right at home while we enjoyed our meal on the patio. Highly recommend for service and food. (Fish tacos, brisket sandwich, and fries all excellent!)

Service is good but confusing, didn't know where to order or how to once we figured it out the staff went to work we had our food and drinks in less than 10 minutes. Food is good, the garden is really good and contains pears, nuts and feta it has a really nice flavor. The wedge salad is marginal and will not be bought again. The onion rings and a slight disappointment but passable. And the nachos are a big hit even with the dried pulled pork. The roof top is inviting and fun, a bowl game was playing on only one tv but we enjoyed talking with others visiting for the weekend.

Our experience has been absolutely amazing, and it was all Alex H. and the team.Venue: Beautiful rooftop location! It's attached to a hotel so that threw us off initially cause of parking. Amazing view.Food: Absolutely PHENOMENAL! We got Brussel Sprouts (life changing with the sauce - definitely top), Rodeo burger barcoa (really good and filling), and the spicy BBQ wings ("[she] loved them. They were sooo good."Drinks: Strong and affordable. The average specialty drink is $10-$16. However, you can get whatever you want.Customer Service: Alex H. was our bartender. Definitely ask for him, he's from Oregon. He was very relatable, had amazing suggestions, and made our first time visit amazing. Then on top of that, Patrick (Pat) was the all around handy man and had amazing customer service when setting up the heaters outside (not for us but for others but even seeing that interaction was amazing) and for taking our finished plates and food.Overall: this place is a place I'd recommend people visit at least once in their life in they're in the area. Will definitely become a regular spot for us. Just an amazing gem overall.Parking: Parking is the only downside. You can pay for valet $18 or street park. We street parked because we're not paying for parking at a hotel. That's the only major downside.

Atmosphere is great. Service is trash. Food is middle of the road. I came here early with my wife and kids before the TCU game. Got a great table. It wasn't busy. I stood at the bar 14 minutes before I was even acknowledged. The bar tenders move SO PAINFULLY SLOW it's UNREAL. And if they're busy with an order if takes 1 .2 seconds to look up and say "I see ya, I'll be with ya as soon as I can". But they didn't. You're ignored and get to live with it and maybe they'll get to you maybe they won't. Pretty sad in 2023 the bartenders are trained here to use the ol' timey "portray we're a snooty upscale business by treating your customers that they should feel privileged to even be here- to attempt to look all exclusive" it's like bro, you're a bar on the top of a hotel, chill. A nice personality would change this 3 stars. But no. Just another bar with an attitude.

Lot 12 is the best place to go for drinks and food for any occasion! It’s the best rooftop in FTW and always has great events going on. It’s such a nice place to visit and has a great staff that are welcoming and helpful. We always appreciate seeing Simon, and his sister Cat, because they are so thoughtful and always make it a great time! Whether you’re needing a place for a night out with friends, date night, or place to bring family highly recommend going to Lot 12, and ask for Simon!
