I was surprised at how bad the food and service at this location was given I love the food at Luna grill. Paul the district mgr was working at this location and brought my food to my table and asked if he could help or do anything to help my dining experience. I asked him for assistance with my Linda grill app, Paul took my name and phone contact info and never called me back despite me calling several times. Good luck getting Paul the district mgr to follow up or assist his customers.

We enjoyed a nice lunch there today. The food was delicious and the staff was very attentive. They made sure we were enjoying everything and when Stephen delivered our plates he noticed we were charged incorrectly for an item and made it right for us! Thank you! We will be back.
I’ve been to multiple Luna Grills in the DFW area, and all of them are good. But none of them compare to the Alliance location. The employees are always super interactive and helpful. The manager Heath was super accommodating and we felt like he truly cared about our experience. Every time we are around this area, we will make sure to always return for a bite!

They couldn’t get the order right. Our order didn’t reflect what was on the receipt. It’s not like they were busy- as there was only one other family there. They did give us two complimentary meal cards. I have been to other locations- this one was unimpressive.

It’s a battle between this and cava for Mediterranean options in this area, but this might take the edge.Recently one of our items got missed on a mobile order and they made sure to immediately remedy the issue. Our meal was delicious and filled with fresh vegetables and feta. The hibiscus tea was refreshing with the right amount of sweetness. Very filling & large portions, but it did not weigh me down the way fast food does. Lauren was very friendly and answered all my questions about the various menu items, vegetarian options, and gluten. Our food was delivered quickly to the table, they even came to check on us halfway through the meal.
