You will have a great time no matter how old you are laser tag bowling and played some pool I got highest record score in laser tag acting as i was in a battle against a black-ops 4 game ?... overall great atmosphere and costomer service.. just needs better price on food.. maybe I'm wrong just expected little bit of cheaper prices on pizza and nacho fries..Parking: Easy to find a decent spotKid-friendliness: Kids will have a blast guarantee ?%Wheelchair accessibility: I saw plenty of handicap and wheel chair capable spots

There's a lot to do here. We really like the variety of games ( the ones that aren't broken, at least) but the escape room was way smaller than expected. Maybe the size of a small walk in closet , literally.Bowlings fun and customizable but the "restaurant" to your right when you first walk in was ridiculously dirty, and we sat for a long time to get any service there or anywhere else but the main bowling area. (They have their own dedicated servers. )Lost 2 out of the 4 cards we purchased that had tickets on them and despite having them attached to our app, we were told there's not much they could do to help without the physical cards themselves.We will be back because our little one seems to have a lot of fun but I really expected better. Tables were dirty, other people's empty cups and plates all over them, a lot of games malfunctioning or out of order, the pool sticks were broken, tiny escape room and too easy to be worth the price, extremely long lines for the prize center and hard to find someone to help on the game floor when the games malfunction.Just don't go in expecting Dave and busters level atmosphere / service and you'll be alright.

some coworkers and I have gone here twice after work to hang out together. We got the same server twice (Kenneth G), and he's completely incompetent. The second time we got him, we were hoping maybe he just had a bad day the first time and it'll be better this time. Nope. In fact, it was worse the second time. Both times, at least one of our drinks were forgotten about, food either took forever or was forgotten about, food was cold, alcoholic drinks were subpar, we had to ask for silverware & napkins, and both times he didn't come back to check on us. He doesn't use a notepad to write down orders, but obviously he needs to. The second time we went, he assured us he would remember, and surprise, he didn't. We had to ask the hostess to grab him to get refills because he would just be standing in the back talking to his coworkers. Like dude, we can all see into the kitchen. The first time we went, he also came back to the table stinking of weed. We're not difficult people, we're in the service industry ourselves. He would've gotten a great tip had he simply just done his job right. There's other issues we have with this location: many other staff members seeming uninterested & neglectful, the arcade floor & some games having trash on them, and faulty games. Hopefully the other location nearby has better service, because Kenneth's idea of "service" was actually appalling.edit: I filled out the "contact us" form they provided & will update if/when anything happens with that.

I would love to to give blandishment to this Main Event in particular! Me and my family have been to other main events in the area of DFW, but This one over shadows the rest of them by far!I was highly impressed from the cleanliness of the Bathroom(Even though it was under some maintenance) To the politeness Of the people working at the front desk.During our visit there we had stopped by to grab a bite to eat. We were greeted by a sweet and highly mannered hostess. She then passed us off to our server Kenny. Mr. Kenny not only did he enhanced our experience there, but made it even more worthwhile. He was polite, Charismatic, And very knowledgeable of the menu; I even caught my daughter staring at him a little.The kiddos ordered pretzel sticks and I ordered Boss Margarita while we waited for dinner to come out. The food came out in what seemed to be a blink of an eye, which was very impressive. Everything was super tasty and flavorful, which led us to not leave a crumb left on our plates.Overall, my family and I enjoyed the atmosphere and experience this Main Event had to offer. I will be recommending and coming back to this Main Even for years to come!

Went with my kids during spring break to enjoy laser tag/bowling/gravity rope deal but to my surprise everything was a 2-3 hour wait. Very disappointing. They settled for arcade games instead. After using 150 tokens a piece, they got enough credits to get a handful of candy and we left. Maybe we’ll give another try again on another day when it’s not during spring break.
