Service: non existent. The teenagers working here seem to be miserable or just plain unhappy. No greeting when you enter the door or when you leave. It was my first visit and the white girl who assisted me looked as confused as I was. Food: I asked for a shake and 2 ice creams. The shake shown in the menu board had Oreo pieces on top and they gave it as plain as they could. My ice cream which was a strawberry caramel cheesecake was poorly made with as little ingredients as possible. The other ice cream was with no mix ins so that's not something I'm considering. Ambiance: great for white people. I'm Hispanic and was not treated with the same enthusiasm as the white folks that entered after me. Sufficient to say this is my first and last time coming here. $17 for something I would've gotten with better taste from chick fil across the street and at least I would've gotten great service. 0/5 I can relate to the awful reviews here because it really is the reality at this place.

This location is always out of something. I have literally walked in with my wife and right back out due to this issue. That was my last 4 visits by the way. I will not waste my time going to this location again.

2nd time here and the staff were awesome as per usual. They have canned soda’s and bottled water. They also have sorbet so my girlfriend and her daughter were able to eat with us last time we were here.

Get the caramel ice cream as your base, it's incredible by itself, let alone with the rest of the toppings!

Great place! Staff went out of their way to help me. Called this morning asking if they had a ice cream cake said they did would hold it for me, put happy birthday on it and my wife's name, picked it up about 730, looked great, taste just as good! Thank you!!
