I've loved Marcos ever since my first time going. Beats Pizza Hut and Domino's. My one and only complaint is the sauce. I love the white sauce on my pepperoni magnifico, but when I ask for it, it states "no sauce," then says white sauce. I suggest this is changed, especially on the app, because the person on prep table is going to stop at "no sauce." This has happened many times now where I get no sauce. I'd order more if I had more confidence this wouldn't happen.

This was our first time ordering from Marcos. The pizzoli was way too undercooked. I bit into it and it was all dough. I had to spit it out.

I went here to grab a pizza with my children right when they opened and it was an overall great experience. The individual that greeted me was extremely friendly and helpful. Even offered me an extra seat for waiting. The pizza came out faster than i thought it would and it was quite amazing. Very crisp with each bite. I was really happy with the overall service and food from this Marcos and will definitely come here again.

The man cutting pizzas falling asleep while I went in to get my supposed to be curbside pickup, they didn't do my cheesey bread so I had to wait another 10 minutes, I had already been waiting for 45 minutes with no notification that the pizza was done. Normally their quality and service is better, today was the worst I have delt with from them, especially the dude passing out while he's working cutting pizzas almost falling over was way out of hand. Send that dude home in an Uber for safety he doesn't need to be driving home like that.

This review gets 5 stars for one reason, Evan R., the delivery guy. The pizza was 30 minutes late (and we had guests over). He called his manager (who didn't answer his call, the store hung up on me once and then didn't answer twice before he arrived.) Evan R. then went to the store and called me back and offered to remake the order. He personally made replacement and threw in some brownies and a 2 liter. When I was talking to him the first time he came to deliver I also mentioned a note to that we asked to have the pizza cut in triangles the last three times we ordered. It was never done. When he called me back this was not mentioned. However when my new pizza arrived it was cut this way. Evan R. deserves a raise and a promotion. He does the right thing the right way when he controls the details. This pizza is our favorite delivery pizza but I was ready to never go there again. Evan R. . . . BRAVO!

So I don’t eat much pizza anymore but when I do Marcos is my go to. The issue is the inconsistency with food quality and failure to read instructions. They continue to give me ranch when it says no Ranch and no pizza sauce. I want garlic sauce and often don’t get it.I’m also a delivery driver tipper but when I get my pizza that is doused in sauce and cheese bread lacking cheese and doesn’t look normal size it’s upsetting that I’m looking out for the company but they are not looking out for me.I guess this is my sign to start making pizza at home like I do everything else.i just wanted to treat my daughter. Get it together y’all

Ok this place is great but man I have a funny story I'm in the army and I was setting up some new kit I had my chest rig and m4 when he pulled up and he said "getting ready for airsoft? And I was like nah man I'm a paratrooper 143rd, he said he was in the marine corps for 4 years and I asked what his mos was and he was like ahhh man I forgot keep in mind this guy was built like hot air balloon and no one in the military forgets their mos lol just a funny interaction tbh but also stolen valor is gay so don't do that

Poor service. Terrible pizza.I used to go to the Bedford location. I had a very positive view of Marco’s.This location has trashed that positive image. I will never eat Marco’s again. I spent over $50 and 3/4 of the pizzas went in the trash.Just burn your money.

Absolutely horrible, driver lied and stated that he called three times and did not have an apartment number listed so he “supposedly” left. Dominik answered at the store and stated that there’s an address listed and offered a credit for next time and a refund (since I never received my order). Dominik was covering for the driver because he stated that there wasn’t an apartment number listed before on file, then he switched his story. Then he stated that he did not even know who was the driver, the blasphemy! So you spoke to the driver, but do not know his name? All the while you can hear someone in the background laughing.Then Dominik gave me an ultimatum saying that I either get a refund OR a credit. I expressed that he did not say that and due to the companies negligence and poor customer service that I will not be able to feed my family. Dominik stated that he does not have a family and does not understand then disconnected the call. What a horrific experience! If you are reading this comment then save your money and your time! They could care less about their customers, faulting me even though they didn’t have ANY intentions on delivering my food! The driver is probably somewhere eating my family’s dinner!Update: 12/6/23 - Attempted to contact the store 5 times today to get my money back and no one is answering like I’m blocked in a sense. I’ve called this location many times and they have always answered, this time no answer!
