There was the sweetest woman who took care of me today april 29th. My mom and I just wanted drinks and she had recommended putting the strawberry syrup into soda specifically the sprites and it was honestly amazing!! I will be getting that from now on! She had amazing customer service and our teas were perfect!!

Ordered a pecan berry salad. Came with no pecans!!! The dressing cups and macaroni sides were half filled. Normally I get my mcalister's fix down in San Antonio but was visiting my family in Ft Worth and took a chance on a local one, bad decision. Will never order from them again...

I ordered curbside and ended up waiting 10 minutes in my car. They had not even checked to see if I was there , and I did check in. The chicken on my sandwich was dry. Will not be ordering that again. Way over priced for poor food and service

Restaurant open, but bathrooms are closed. They say a pipe was broken. Sorry, you can't be open without bathrooms! Terrible location. Ordered a potato with extra toppings, half the potato was dry. Ordered a Cuban sandwich, and found corn and turkey in it. Cross contamination and a clear sign they don’t change gloves or keep the food area clean. Reached out on the app and never got a response. Choose another location.

Restaurant dinning area was dirty, sticky, tables were hard to come by because most had food plates from people who've been gone.Customer service is RUDE! Politely asking a question rude response, yet she still REQUESTED a tip. Not one employee had a smile or a friendly approach.Curbside lady side step past you without manners in a tight area..Not a good or welcoming experience or environment
We walked in with a group of about 18 hungry men. Before the last man ordered we had food coming out to the tables and within 20min of our arrival every one had been served their order the young woman who wad in charge was on point and very polite.

We order door dash or curbside from this location quite frequently and up until the last few times the food has always been great. The taste is good don't get me wrong, however, the preparation is seriously lacking. The BLT with avocado tonight had barely a smear of avocado on it and the bread was not toasted. My grilled chicken salad had full strips of bacon in it and we're soggy, the cucumbers were in chunks so big I had to go back and chop them up more (if I'd wanted to do that I'd have made my own salad). I'd just like to see a little more effort and pride in the work if im going to pay ten bucks for a sandwich or 12 bucks for a salad.

Don’t offer curbside pickup if you are going to let the food sit inside for 13 minutes after I checked in. Not to mention the employees are too focused on mopping to close for the day instead of focusing on an order.
