Ordered food though their app and driver was given wrong order by McDonald’s employee. I ordered $40 worth of food and Didn’t even get half of what I paid for. My order was completely wrong. The food I was given wasn’t even edible just plain nasty the sprite didn’t even taste like sprite it was just carbonated water y’all need to get that checked out y’all should at least try to get the drinks right. All costumer service did was refund money in 2 DAYS like I wanna eat now not in 2 days. What y’all should offer is resent order again since y’all messed up. Horrible service y’all suck. This place should just close down in general. Y’all clearly can’t do anything right just by looking at all the reviews.

I have given this location sooooooo many chances & they ALWAYS miss something on my order or they make it wrong. Literally, how hard is it to make a plain double cheese burger or give me the item I paid for?Managers are rude & so is the general manager. They nickel & dime on the sauce... won't even give one when u spend $30 if u don't order nuggets, which is absolutely ridiculous..... it's ONE sauce. They skimp on ketchup & u almost are never given a single napkin.They never have a cashier at the front, so u always have to stand there... I like human interaction & hate the kiosk, so I refuse to use it. This location sucks. They should just close it down & let someone else open there. Corporate really needs to pay this location a visit & hire some employees who actually care.Also, to add, they close the drive thru early a lot.. I live right down the street & from now on, I'll just go to the hulen location because they're always on point.

Everytime I come here they always seem to mess the order up. It never fails and the drive thru workers maybe need to take some tips from chik fil a because everything I'm being rushed or ignored then my order is

They are quick to make pull you off the window to park. Which is annoying because for 90% of the time, they'll forget something from your order.

McDonald's is mid, knew that before going. My real problem is with the app. I mean what's the point of pre-ordering if I still have to wait for them to make the food when I get there? My lunch is only a half hour.

It is spectacular, very good service, very friendly and attentive staff, everything very clean and excellent conditions, the bathrooms very clean, everything in order, my children and I were really impressed, I really recommend it, it is a place like few others and my children liked it very much the robot that brought us the food and the exquisite snow

The worst experience ever will never come back, unintelligent staff, and can't get orders correctly. Also, there is no leadership and direction for the staff. They do whatever they want and think this is a restaurant not a fast food

Ordered 2 medium frappes and was the only one in line for 5 minutes I was asked to pull to the third window and wait but then 15 minutes went by? FOR TWO MEDIUM FRAPPES 2 DRINKS. It’s sad because this one is really close to my house but after this I will drive a little further for better service

This is the absolute worse McDonald’s to go to. I live near here so is the most convenient for me but every single time I go they mess up something! It’s very frustrating.The staff is young and lazy. But the manager is also rude to the staff. Don’t order here.

I am so sick and tired of food not being hot when I get food from here! I should not have to ask for the food to be made fresh every single time. Example: Stop making a thousand chicken nuggets when it takes four hours to sell them. Guess what that means? All of the nuggets are "cold" after about the first 15 minutes of those four hours, sheesh!

I arrived in the drive thru 45 minutes before they closed on a Saturday night. Placed my order with no issues. Got a Big Mac meal and chicken nuggets for my daughter. There were maybe three cars ahead of me. First off they took forever to get everyone’s orders to them. When I finally got mine they left out the nuggets and my fries were ice cold. The guy working the drive thru walked off and didn’t come back. I had to drive around to tell them they left out my nuggets. There were two cars ahead of me. By the time they got to me it was close to time for them to close. The manager didn’t bother apologizing for the bad service or poor food quality. She told me they weren’t making food anymore and handed me $5 and closed the window in my face when I asked for the store manager’s name. I worked fast food when I was younger so I get that it can be a tough job but this isn’t how you treat people. Won’t be back to this location.

WORST MCDONALD'S LOCATION, EVER!!!If I could give this McDonald's location on Sycamore School Rd in Fort Worth negative stars, I most certainly would. My countless frustrating experiences have led me to the point where I adamantly refuse to spend a single cent at this establishment. It's disheartening, especially because my kids used to enjoy McDonald's.To keep it concise, here's a quick rundown of my grievances:1. I've endured a plethora of drive-thru mishaps, ranging from incorrect orders to missing items, occurring at least a dozen times.2. The treatment from employees is shockingly poor. Not a single "Thank you" for choosing their establishment or even a basic acknowledgment of the customers as the ones footing their wages. It's as if they believe they're doing us a favor.3. Shift managers resort to shady tactics, like instructing staff to park cars, all in an attempt to manipulate their service times and appear more efficient than they actually are at the direction of the GM and/or owner as I have been told by several of their managers. Tell me this before you take my money. I guarantee you, I will make a different choice as opposed to continuing to order.4. If you dare to come inside to rectify your drive-thru order, after enduring a lengthy wait in the parking lot, managers respond with anger rather than empathy.5. I once ordered through GrubHub, took the extra step of calling the store, and pleaded with the manager to verify my $72 order's accuracy before dispatch. The manager assured me, signed off on the receipt, yet upon delivery, we were missing two entire meals. Their solution? Ask me to inform them the next time I visit, completely disregarding that this sizable order was for dinner, rendering their offer pointless.In essence, it appears this location struggles to find competent employees. While it predominantly employs young individuals, it reflects poorly on the leadership and the lack of basic interpersonal skills these employees evidently lack. The customer may not always be right, but until proven otherwise, they should be treated with the utmost respect, as their purchases sustain the business and the livelihoods of their discourteous staff.I'm just one voice, unlikely to incite change at this establishment. Nonetheless, I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others in our community, encouraging them to seek alternatives for their hard-earned money. As for me, if this McDonald's were to close its doors, it wouldn't faze me in the least."Yes, I've contacted the corporate office, spoken with the general manager. Nothing has or will change!
