I ordered from my mobile app at the drive-thru. It's great with deals/rewards. However, be careful which location because no one cares about the quality of food or service provided! I ordered a hot&spicy with a medium fry. The sandwich was warm, but it was okay. The FRIES..where cold and uneatable! I quickly got the cashier's attention..First mistake was asking for the food back through the window. Very unsanitary. He then allowed me to stay at the window and await a fresh remake of fries. After waiting a few minutes for what I expected to be fresh, I received the same fries, double dipped in the grease, and handed them to me with a fake apology.
Screwed up my food then i call. They said come by no problem we'll yake care of it then when i show up the next day a so called manager that couldnt even speak english correctly tells me she isnt going to replace my order. Not only holding the lines of people up but making me feel like i did something wrong for coming to try to get the correct order. She doesn’t have management skills nor customer service skills. These places are getting ridiculous.

I am upset because all I ordered was one order of large fries and a coke and waited almost 20 minutes for it. That is not typical for fast food restaurants, especially for what I ordered. I stood their waiting as meals were delivered to people who walked in and ordered after I had arrived.

The staff are completely incompetent. Every single time I go here they mess something or everything up to the point of where I paid for my food and after the wrong food was given to me 3 times I just left because the employees and manager clearly didn’t care. I wish this McDonald’s wasn’t the closest one to me. They’re the absolute worst. 0 out of 5 stars. Would recommend you eat LITERALLY anywhere else
