There are some new faces here, and the service keeps getting better. Lines in the drive thru move faster, and the food is served hot. The day drive thru manager has been amazing, immediately fixing incorrect orders and giving service with a smile.

Not sure if they had a big manger watching them or if they’re this proficient every day, but every guest was greeted, orders were processed quickly, the store was clean, the employees were friendly and professionally dressed and the leader could be heard directing the employees respectfully. I’ve never seen such order at a McDonalds.

The table needed a wipe down. I carry wipes. I heard my table tent number but when I walked up to the counter I found they were not communicating the order number to me... oops. )) This was a better experience than a couple of days ago. Why can't I order a meal deal that includes the drink? Oh, and this McDonald's has no salads to sell. Subway next door can do that.Parking: Big Trucks have room to park here, and Campers / RV.

I'm sitting in the lobby right now. It's 1:43 AM. I ordered my food at the kiosk OVER 30 minutes ago! I'm asking about my food and they're ignoring me. Only 2 ppl working in here but when my son applied, he was told he was hired then he was told they filled that spot. He wanted the overnight shift. The drive-thru is packed and they seem to be quicker fixing the Doordash orders than the ppls orders in the lobby & drive-thru. Several Doordash orders have been filled AFTER I ordered and I'm STILL waiting on my food. I think I should just walk out and go to Taco Bell or Whataburger. This is ridiculous and my last time coming in here unless I'm doing Doordash.Edit: After asking one of the workers about my food, he said he didn't get MY order and he asked what I ordered. I told him. He then told me that he can only cook my fries and give me a drink. He's not cooking anymore burgers or anything on the grill. Mind you, this location is open 24 hours!! WHY CAN'T I GET A BURGER THAT I ORDERED ALMOST AN HOUR AGO?!? PLEASE SOMEBODY MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!!! Because the math ain't mathing!!!!!

Don't ask for extra ketchup unless you want them to roll their eyes at you ??? what was I going to do with 2 packs of ketchup with some large french fries ??♂️??♂️??♂️??♂️??♂️ then she gives me 2 more ??♂️??♂️??♂️??????

It is a very cozy place and the girls who work here are very courteous and helpful, they always welcome you with a big smile and a super nice attitude. I found it to be a very cozy and special place.
