Original review was left six months ago, owner requested me to message them about why my rating was one star, but didn’t reach out for six months, and left no contact info.Service was not good and multiple machines were broken. Young people working there at night were rude. That’s all I remember since it was six months ago that I originally left the review.

If I could rate this business, less than a one star rating, I would. The young man (Asian/oriental maybe) who is working tonight has the absolute worst attitude I've ever ran across. The fact that he didn't acknowledge any of the customers inside because he would rather play on his cell phone. Not to mention, there are about five flavors to pick from and two out of those five were not working properly. I kindly asked the young man if they were out of this flavor or if it wasn't working instead of helping the customer, he decides to tell me "to just pick another flavor, if it's not working idk what to tell you" so I left. He's an asshole!

Visited this morning was very disgusting lady in the front was very rude like as if she had an attitude and the store was just nasty there were bugs everywhere and it stinked! no one greeted me at the door and did not even have sample cups out i don't understand just do your job you people are just lazy. the floor was sticky frozen yogurt melted and different places just trashy place i see why only lazy people work here its just disgusting do better. do not come here its a horrible place and customer service will never come back just disgusting

We've always been a fan of Menchie's product. Tonight was a disaster in customer service. Another family of four walked in as the four of us did. There were three sample cups for 8 people. It was five minutes before an employee came out front. We could've all filled up our cups and walked out. When one did appear they did not greet anyone. They stood at the register with their hood on their head drinking Gatorade and watching TikTok . No "would you like to try something?" Zero interaction. The chilled toppings were out. Another employee eventually came out. Also did not address any customers but started filling large containers with yogurt. We checked out and left. What a sad sad epitome of what customer service has become. Put your phone away. Take your hood off. Greet customers. For goodness sake smile and put the dang phone away. YOU ARE GETTING PAID! Terrible service but a good lesson on the way home for my teenage kids.

PLEASE Stop asking for a tip at point of sale! I literally walk in and prepare my own food then I am prompted to give a tip when I pay. WHO AM I TIPPING??? Additionally- the hot fudge dispenser is not working to which the young man informed me that the owner is “cheap” and wont replace it. -I will say the flavors and toppings are among the best around.

We used to like visiting here, but the last two months have been awful. First, the service is bad. None of the employees greet you, and they seemed bothered by your presence. Each time we've gone, we've been charged a different amount for the pre-packaged pints. First time we purchased, we were told they were BOGO, so we paid $7.99 for two. Second time we visited, we paid $4 for two under the BOGO, I paid with a $20 and my change was messed up. Third time, the system was weird, so they had a laptop on the counter and had to manually enter cards using direct deposit the gentleman said. It took so long, that I almost left as the line grew really long. When I reached the counter the same guy who charged me $4 the week before said the pints were $20 plus tax. I told him that was impossible and could he get someone in the back. He said ignored me, I asked again and finally left. For the last two weeks, they haven't had the pre-packed original tart, so I've left empty-handed. This store is not being ran properly and the employee training is lacking. If the store cares enough to know, reach out and I will tell you the two employees.

menchie's first timer!frozen yogurt i got!*vanilla tart -6/10 -got this because i forgot what it tasted like, it's what is expected -i'm personally not a fan of super tart things, but would recommend if you are!*cake batter -2/10 -honestly the biggest disappointment -not sure if the other flavors overpowered it but i couldn't taste this flavor AT ALL*oreo -7/10 -not overly sweet -overall okay*toasted marshmallow: -9/10 -the best flavor if you have a major sweet tooth -you can really taste the toasted flavor!toppings i got!*brownies -9/10 -fudgey and not dry!*popping boba -9/10 -very fun texture & yummy *cookie dough bites -9/10 -taste like they're supposed to LOL*cheesecake bites -10/10 -not too sweet, so good!price: .70¢/ounceoverall good experience: the customer service & ambiance was alright, but the food made up for it! would come again! wish there were more flavors available!

Arrived right when the opened and it was very dirty! The bathroom was absolutely nasty, the ground had splatter, food, crumbs… half of the flavors were out… it’s not usually this bad, but this location is going downhill.
This Menchies location has always been my favorite. The workers there are always on top of everything and are really kind and helpful. This location is always kept clean and stocked for food/toppings! 10/10 Menchies! Keep up the amazing work and Thank you for being the best!

We love Menchie's. The frozen yogurt is some of the best. There's a good variety of flavors and toppings. There are several chocolate choices, fruits, vanilla- ish, and my favorite peanut butter. Monday is "Fill your cup for $6.99". It's a great treat!
