I ordered a pizza for delivery. Bit into a pizza and there was a long blonde/gray hair in it. I called the delivery line and they were kind and rectified the issue however they thought it would be a good idea to call the store directly so they could be made aware. I called and the guy doesn't apologize but proceeds to say nobody with that color hair is here . I said maybe it was earlier in the day or something but it was it was on my pizza. Still no apology just yeah yeah. We order here often. I didn't want anything for free or the pizza to be remade as I'm so grossed out. We will never be back because of the lack of empathy.

Excellent customer service. Restaurant is like a Subway or Chipotle: they put the pizza toppings right in front of you. Bluestem Park is right behind the restaurant. Kids can go play at the park's playground.Kid-friendliness: Bluestem park with playground right behind the restaurant.

2 people working and no help. No greeting or acknowledgment. It took the one guy who was working 20 min to take the order of 2 adults. Walked out after 30 min. The restaurant was completely empty and I can see why!

This place was awesome! I've never been there before so I didn't really know a lot about it but the employees explained everything and walked me right through it on picking the toppings and the crust etc........ they were super helpful. The atmosphere was great. The price was unbeatable. I got pieces to take back to the hotel and when I got there I was amazed they were delicious. I would 100% recommend this place.

Went there today to get some pizzas. We stood at the counter for 10 minutes, and no one came to wait on us or even acknowledged us. So we left and we will never come back.

We have been here multiple times in the last few months and every single time it’s 1) completely understaffed 2)slow staffed 3) terrible attitudes and customer service 4)dirty, plates everywhere, never cleaned up. The staff looks like they hate working there. They are sooooooo slow and take 30-40 min to get through 6-8 people. We are DONE with this location especially considering you go down to the Saginaw location and it’s a complete 180. They are fully staffed at the Saginaw location and actually friendly.

Not impressed with this location, as others have said. Many times they are out of ingredients in the middle of the day. Last time they didn’t have ice in the soda machines. The lobby is usually not clean. I much prefer the location closer to home. This is not it!

Ordered a pepperoni pizza on DoorDash and there were 6 pepperoni slices total on it. That's one piece per slice and one didn't even have a full slice on it. The food is normally good so not sure what happened .. if you want a pepperoni pizza head to 7 -11...or anywhere else!!

I can't say enough of how wonderful this place is. I was in a situation, and it was serious. The staff had come to my aid, without hesitation, and I want say especially Matthew!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!The food is ABSOLUTELY THE GREATEST!! The staff is absolutely always sooo friendly and welcoming!! The young staff(because I'm old) are the best, and I dont give many establishment that compliment because a lot of them need to take a page out of Mod Pizzas' book!! Whoever the manager is GOOD JOBKid-friendliness: Employees always friendly to my 6 year old!! ALWAYS!!

it was my first visit, I'm do glad my daughter recommended it! You get a super fresh pizza just the way you like it and no matter what toppings you get, they do not charge per topping!I will definitely come back with family for a great pizza treat ?I recommend their lemonades too

If you like being served food by folks who just don’t care, then you will love this place.I have give this place many chances. The food should be delicious, but the staff have always been miserable and indifferent to the customers, and that makes the food less than average.I would suggest another option. Sorry MOD Pizza, clearly management doesn’t care or changes would be made.
