Big pizza snob. For what we have for a selection in SW FTW, this is the closest I have found that gets back to old school pies. Oven fired, not stingy with toppings on a hand tossed old school thin crust. We ordered online and it was waiting on us. I do want to experience it fresh out of the oven. I am certain it will be even better.

We've come to this branch a few times and have not had the best time. We came back to give it one more try and had the best experience with Nick! He was kind, talkative, and patient with our 5 orders. Will definitely come back if he's here!

This place is way over rated. Ordered pizza waited 5 min to try and pay, no one acknowledged me waiting to pay. Went to my table and waited for pizza to cook. My name was called 15min later and asked for it to go at this point also asked would they like me to pay for it since no one took my payment previously. (Because I'm an honest person). Dough was thick at some spots and undercooked where it was thick and Very little toppings. $25 for 1 (11") pizza 1 cheesy bread and 2 drinks. Later that night went to Dominoes because I still had to feed my husband got 2 large pizzas for $16. Quality was such better. Will not return to MOD

Coming from someone who managed restaurants for close to 20 years, this was NOT a good experience AT ALL. Here’s why…..Dinning room was trashed. Floors, chairs, and counter tops.My two son’s and I sat at three tables all of which wobbled (Drastically not just a little off balance)My youngest sons pizza was made with the same crushed red pepper covered glove that were used to make my pizza and then the associate rolled her eyes when I politely asked her to change gloves and make it again.Then our three different pizzas came out 5 minutes apart.I spent $60 on 3 pizzas and 3 drinks that we didn’t get to eat together while sitting in a dirty dinning room with poor customer service. I did not want anything special, I just wanted a $60 pizza experience and I continued to tell myself I should have taken my son’s to Cici’s….This place could use some serious leadership intervention.To top it ALL off. This is the second time I have had a horrible experience here.Will not be back.

Plus: Mod pizza, atmosphere and location are good.Minus: On time is not near as important as the whole order being ready and finished cooking or at least kept warm to be given to the customer at the same time. This order was neither. The answer given when questioned was an excuse with contradiction and without an apology. The waiting area table was sticky. I know you guys are capable of much better. I want to come back. Good luck regrouping.

I ordered a take out gluten free and hardly any toppings at all. Very disappointed!!! Next time I’m going thru the line so I see and order my own pizza. Double of everything! Cmon people think!?!

Literally the worse service ever. I came in to pick up a pizza my husband ordered online and not 1 of the employees said one word to me. After standing there a few minutes I said can I please pick up my order. Only then did the guy (who was on his cell phone the whole time) acknowledge I was standing there. He looked up and said it’s still cooking and then went right back to his cell phone. Once the pizza was done, put it on the glass and simply walked away. Keep in mind, they weren’t busy either. Do not recommend this location. Just plain rude.
Waited in line 10 min. 2 people working only 4 customers in the store. Ridiculous!! I walked out without ordering. No communication at all.

We frequent there ... but no more... we put up with the not-so-enthusiastic attitudes because we enjoy the cauliflower pizza. Today they overcharged us, they passed us off to someone else to correct the cashier/pizza maker mistake. I noticed they didn't refund the sales tax which was 5ish dollars.He stated he didn't know how to refund the tax. So I asked for a manager, and he said they couldn't reach them anymore for the evening. They have poor communication skills, work slowly, and will not make eye contact.To the person who refunded us the money I checked my bank account, and it does refund the whole amount with sales tax despite the refund receipt provided.I really cannot understand why the staff are not trained in customer service nor have access to call their manager to straighten or provide education around the refund procedures. I couldn't be more disappointed with this location.

I ordered over an hour ago, and nothing has happened with my order. The restaurant was busy and the service was poor. I told them to cancel my order as they were obviously having a rough night and didn't need my business. Right after I left they were able to charge my CC. It may be a while before I go back.
