Disappointed. Buffet is gone. Alcohol license is expired. Food was just ok.

Lunch special was 2 rolls (6 choices of roll) with Miso Soup for $10. It was a pretty great deal for Sushi but it was definitely not the greatest Sushi in the area. Rolls were pretty average. I'd say a step up from H‑E‑B. Service was decent. We were the only ones in the entire restaurant around 2pm on a Friday which was strange.

I found a dead bug in my ramen my friend got food poisoning at the Arlington location but I figured the FTW location would maybe be okay. I was very wrong. Both these locations have an infestation of bugs and the cities need to be notified. This is not okay. These places used to be comfort food to us and now we are so disappointed. Someone also found a roach in her food still alive at the Arlington location. You’re not safe at any Ninja ramen/ Ninja Sushi location. My friend worked for Ninja sushi and she said it’s cross contamination city. Y’all be safe.

I had the I-20 roll and the veggie yakisoba and my husband had the California roll, spicy california roll, and cowboy roll. We were both impressed with the food. We went around 9:00 on a Friday night and it was very quite with only one other group in there. Our waitress was very nice.

Disappointed. I normally order from the location in Arlington but I was visiting a friend in Ft Worth and decided to uber the food for us. The spicy miso and creamy ramen were both very bland. Which was surprising to me because Im used to there being so much flavor. The noodles come in a separate container from the soup. The bowl of noodles and other ingredients were cold like they came right out of the fridge before I added the soup. The container that had the soup was hot like they microwaved it before it left the building. Hopefully it wasnt old. Ill stick to the locations Im familiar with going forward. Please treat your customers better. $40+ wasted.

Fast service food came quick and fresh. Good ambiance. Server were really nice and will stop by regularly even for a Saturday night and with only 2 servers

Food looked good, but tasted bland. Smelt funny…Didn’t justify spending $70 for 4 people.

This place is legit. I was surprised to see so few reviews, but noticed they also go by Ninja Sushi & Grill. I’ve ordered sushi and ramen from them several times and it’s always 10/10. They are speedy and the quality is consistent.

Ramen taste and looks old. Not very much flavor. The soft boiled eggs look old. Not a place to get ramen.

So disappointed. We've been ordering Sushi through Ubereats for delivery and looking back I guesstimate they got our order right about a third of the time. I've dumped a lot of money at their restaurant until I got tired of missing rolls, cream cheese when we asked for none due to dairy issues, not getting anything to eat because you only ordered one roll for yourself and that's the one that was missing. (This happened twice). After awhile Ubereats thinks you're just trying to get free food and now you're completely screwed. Order at your own risk.

What. The. Crap. I'm not ordering from this place anymore after last night. Incredibly rude, AND they got my order of only TWO sushi rolls BOTH WRONG. The only 2 things they got right is the vegetable egg rolls, and the pork potstickers--because they can count all the way up to the number 5. And then they had the indecency to send me my receipt with Sharpie art?? They clearly had time to goof around coloring all over my receipt, but could not pay attention to my order notes well enough to completely follow them. All I wanted was California roll fried with a jalapeño inside. They didn't put the jalapeño inside. There is only cucumber. It tastes just like grease. I paid extra for these things. The second roll is an I-20 roll. I asked them to put the spicy mayo on the side. They sent me this home, with absolutely no spicy mayo on the side. Completely smothered in Sriracha sauce. Probably to try to cover the fact that you're mixing old and new product together--which btw I could taste my I-20 Roll being RANCID in a spot. Way to REALLY disrespect the customers!! Like we can't tell!! I literally have dietary issues and I can't have very much mayonnaise. I really shouldn't have ANY at all, but I wanted to add some at my own discretion. Thanks for nothing. Both of my rolls were wrong. The only thing they got right is something any ***fast food*** worker could've got right. And I didn't get a refund. Come on. It was just two rolls. You guys had to be smart alecks, and you lost a customer. You're not the best in sushi in Fort Worth... Nice attitudes, y'all. Your "art" might have been funny if my order was correct...However I found it incredibly RUDE. But both rolls were acknowledged that they were special orders, then made half wrong.
