We both had the trio plate. All was good except the EGG SALAD was lacking in flavor. Very bland, salt didn't even help. It needed bacon, pickles or something to cheer it up. The CHAMPAGNE VANILLA CAKE was also a disappointment. It needed a Raspberry or some kind of sauce..
I take my grands 3 or 4 times a year for a special lunch to celebrate them. We have been doing this since they were little and the oldest is now almost 20. We do miss the tomato basil soup.

Lovely. Our waiter was fairly lacking in general (attentiveness, personality, voice projection, etc). There were other staff helping out & they were great. Nice Christmas lunch w/my friend though & I'd still return

Eric is great, but in his absence Judy was spot on with her service. The food quality never disappoints and the ambience is so uniquely N-M. My only complaint is that I simply cannot go more often than I do!
We had our team's holiday luncheon during this time. Everything was outstanding, beginning with the host that greeted and escorted us to our table, to our server who was fabulous and attentive, and the person who assisted bringing our food out as well. We enjoyed exceptional food and great ambiance which made this even more special.

Just a special place to meet a friend and feel pampered. While our waiter was mediocre at best Chef made up for it in spades stopping by to chat and share special tidbits, like baking the cookies we bought that came with a recipe. I don't go there that often but I want to share a special day, it's the place.

Great place for small gathering. Love the Christmas ornament cups. A special menu for the holidays would be nice such as speciality sandwiches and soups. I am a vegetarian and more selections would be nice. Enjoyed the lunch and surroundings. The model showcasing some of NM clothes was fun ?

You pay for the experience at NM Cafe. Our service was outstanding; slower paced, but I am pretty sure that is by design. Food is very overpriced for what it is, but the popovers are always a treat.
Ordered the Seafront Louie Salad. It was not what I expected when paying $40 for the entree. Few shrimp, sparse crab mostly white romaine lettuce pieces. Tomato's did not taste good , avocado was brown. Overall not appetizing at all! Waste of money, will not order again!

Our waitress Storm was really nice, excellent service since the moment we arrived. The place was clean and the noise level was low. We ordered a NM classic chicken salad sandwich whith wheat bread, it was very good. Afterwards we ordered a cappuccino and latte with dessert. The Boston Cream Pie was really good, not too sweet, and the NM cookie was very sweet for our liking. Food is simple but good. We arrived 40 minutes before it was closed, and they didn't ask us to leave. There were a couple of more tables when we left 15 minuts past closing time (3:00 pm).
Ambiance of a great! Acoustics are very bad so it's extremely loud and very hard to carry on a conversation. Food is always excellent! Service has definitely declined the last few times but otherwise it's a lovely place!

It was definitely better than last time but attentiveness could be improved overall. (Server not in our section did help see we were taken care of though.)

I love this place and come frequently, but if this had been my first visit I probably wouldn't have returned. Poor service can really impact the perception of a restaurant. I hope some additional training will be done with newer staff members to get them on the same level as the longer tenured staff. At least the food was good...

I have been going to Neimans since it was the hedges It's slowly been going down hill through time and now it's just sad. The food is not good Very small portions They brought out popovers that were burnt and said they are all that way It's so sad to see this. Pricing is very high for what you are served Then they spray the tables and clean them with the same dirty towel Go anywhere else

Food was still delicious as I remembered when it was at Ridgemar Mall. Our waiter, Benji was the best. It was a nice place for my sister and I to meet since she had never been. She loved it as well. Service great. Food came out fast too!
