Not Just Q catered our daughter's wedding this weekend in Burleson, TX. Katie, the catering and events manager, was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. Even though Not Just Q had a very large event scheduled immediately prior to the wedding, our food arrived on time and piping hot; it was excellent. Everyone enjoyed the tender brisket and pulled pork, and raved about the perfectly spicy pit beans and corn. Their barbeque sauce is amazing. I hope to hire their food truck for business events in the future. We highly recommend Not Just Q!

Fair price for half lb of moist brisket and I was pleasantly surprised! I should have snapped a photo for you all but didn't think of it. I will need to try them again and maybe grab some sides. I do wish it came with jalapenos but luckily I had some at home! Overall will try em again when I next see them around the alliance area of Ft. Worth!

We hired Not Just Q BBQ Catering for a small birthday event for my son. When I tell you the level of professionalism, courtesy, and communication is unparalleled I mean it. Katy was super easy to work with, when asked for an invoice it was sent promptly, putting down the deposit was easy, and she was so happy to help make a custom menu within our price point. The food was amazing. This was by far the best BBQ and queso we’ve had in a really long time. It would give my wedding BBQ a run for its money. We whole heartedly recommend them for any sort of event, and they were phenomenal for our small party. 10/10 recommend, we will be back for our next birthday event.
