I absolutely love P.F. Chang’s one of my favorite places to eat at they go above and beyond to make sure your experience is great! The food and service was excellent!

Came in about 4pm. Was greeted by the bartender at the door. We waited and waited and waited to be greeted at the bar top. We told her we wanted the bar but she seemed bothered by that. During the dining visit she, a bar trainee, and a server would complain about their work, specifically about their schedule and working doubles. Then two of the females began to gossip about the server. They even acknowledged to us they were talking about drama. They would be on their phones and was very unpleasant. All of this was directly in front of us while we dined at the bar top. The floors and counter top was disgusting. Then. We waited and waited and waited to be checked out. As a former bartender and a customer wanting to enjoy my meal this was pretty ridiculous. Oh and some guy was sleeping in one of the booths the entire time.

Early dinner time and there is little to no one in the place. The waitress was not a person that I would want for a server in my company. I asked for water no ice: it had ice in it and she laughed. I ordered Kung pao chicken,: this had more dried chilis in it than anything else. The rice portion was very small and so was the Kung Pao Chicken. The waitress never came back until she asked do you want desert? I said no thank you and she brought me the check so fast as if she just wanted to leave for the night!Just a bad person and place today!
