These people are rude. Their website says open until 2 and when I showed up there were people there but one of the employees drunkenly informed me they they were “closed” and then shut and locked the door behind me. It was clear that my business was not wanted there. Interesting…. Also think it’s interesting that the staff was visibly intoxicated. I’ll never come here again.

Very boring atmosphere. Had to have the server go back to change my order. To busy visiting with coworker after dropping check at table. We had to request that she come over for payment. However, she was very nice and polite. Told her I couldn't eat rice, she comes back with rice. Ordered chicken fajitas for $18.00. Chicken was cold, bland and no seasoning. Vegetables had to be left over left overs from many days ago. Definitely not fresh. The veggies were limp, cold and soggy. Chips were cold and not warm. So those weren't fresh either. I won't be going back and would not recommend.

Great restaurant! They were able to accommodate a party of 34 people. The food was great and the service top notch. Will definitely be back.

Horrible HorribleService!!!We were a party of six and I was told the wait could be 35-45 mins which I was fine with. But she also tried to send us to another Mexican restaurant down the street. My friend came right behind me and she did her the same way. When the waitress thought it was just her and her husband she was about to seat them but when she explained it was a party of six she said over 1hr wait. I've never been turned away b4 by a restaurant. For whatever reason they did not want to Service us.

We came here early on a Friday for dinner. We were a larger party, 8 total but the place was empty other than a couple people at the bar. We were seated promptly and the waitress got our drink orders in. The service was the only bright spot here. The waitress was pretty good about checking on us but was slow refilling drinks. Overall this place was dirty feeling. The bathrooms were horrible, no paper towels and the toilet seat so loose it wouldn’t stay anywhere. If I can’t wash my hands and dry them, how does the staff ?? The food was OK. It looked more authentic Mexican style, which I love, but lacked flavor. We had a variety of dishes between our party and no one was really impressed by their entrees. The one thing I did really enjoy though was the guacamole.

Sat for about 10 minutes waiting for a server to approach the table. Just got a water. Waited another long period of time for the server to come back to take orders. We decided to order both the appetizer and entrees at one time because we knew it would take forever to place another order after the initial one. The server was not attentive, and it was hard to get her attention. The guacamole was okay. I ordered the chicken quesadilla. The menu stated it would come with sour cream. When the quesadilla arrived, there was no sour cream. I asked for a side of it, and the server said they ran out. I actually would not have ordered the quesadillas at all if I would have know prior to ordering it that they were out of sour cream. The quesadilla itself was extremely bland. The chicken was grilled and there was no seasoning. They did not provide any salsas or hot sauce/salsa verde for it. It was just chicken and cheese with no flavor. I thought as a Mexican restaurant, they would do well at seasoning the chicken! They only served it with a bit of guac and pico, but it did not help. The portion size was average. I felt satiated after the dinner, not full (which was fine by me). The building was also very cold. We were sat by a window and it was very drafty. Overall, poor service, bad food, and bad atmosphere. This was on a Saturday evening around 6 PM, and they were not busy. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Food was gross, the waitresses were rude and kept glaring at us. They were also hovering and trying to hurry us out in an empty restaurant.

Friday 1/5 I went to Pacos with a group of 10 on a slow Friday night around 9 pm. I ordered a double margarita of Casa Amigos and a Modelo beer from the bar. To my surprise, the tab came to a staggering $39, and when questioned, the bartender provided a vague and stuttering response, leaving me uneasy about the transparency of their pricing. I should’ve asked for itemized receipt but did not want to make a big deal about a two drink order. The lack of clarity and apparent overcharging led to a loss of trust in the establishment. Sadly, the poor service and questionable pricing forced our entire group to leave immediately. Don’t trust the bartender in picture with man bun he charges $32 for a double marg ?‍♂️

This was my first visit to Paco's on Magnolia. It's a small restaurant, but it still feels open and inviting. The bartender was super friendly and attentive, despite being super busy. The food was excellent, however in my opinion, everything was a bit spicy. I didn't mind the heat, but some folks (like my mother, whom luckily wasn't with me) can't handle any tiny bit of spice, so if that's you, best to just avoid this place. Overall, I really enjoyed them and will be back.

We came on a very busy night but our Waitress Leslie R was super sweet and friendly! She was one of the only waitresses to acknowledge us and kept up with us! Super yummy Mexican food!

Over priced for the quantity and quality... Very limited menu, was charged a large group gratuity when we were not part of the group.
