I came in on 04/05/2024. I haven't been to this particular location in over a year and maybe a year and a half. I had just been going to or using the Crowley location since then. The staff and cleanliness of this location is over and beyond my expectation. The customer service was beyond top notch. I will be using this store from now on because of the drastic improvement since the last time I used them. Especially with the exemplary customer service. I had accidently tapped pepperoni on my app order by accident and they STILL offered to remake the pizza for me and make it a sausage and just made one of my worse days better for me. I had a really rough day and it was requested sausage instead of pepperoni out of my crew. This just made the evening much more smoother for me and I was about ready to cry. They didn't technically have to do that for me and still did. This was over and beyond and the friendliness and not an attitude behind it was legit and not fake. These ppl enjoy doing their job. I know they can't get paid enough for how they treated me.
Lacresha was very helpful and helping me with my party dilemma, with the quantity I would need. She was vary patient with me and helped me with getting everything I needed. Normally I feel vary anxious when going to get food for a party especially when it’s pizza. Everyone was nice and she helped calmed me down even when my son was being crazy and I felt very comfortable. I loved the vibes highly recommend!!

So they don’t deliver the pizza themselves they actually outsource by using Uber and DoorDash.So you have two options either pizza gets to super cold or the pizza is completely messed up.Don’t order from here. We switched pizza locations. Because this one is horrible.
I am not satisfied, the service or customer service is terrible, whatever you want to call it, it took almost 1 hour for them to deliver me a pizza. I understand that to speed up your food you can call or deliver, however this place is on the way to my house and I stopped to buy.

But when you order food for your family after a long day of working in the restaurant industry...and NOT ONE employee reached out to notify you that my order is cancelled and my family waiting to eat is UNACCEPTABLE! Order placed before 11 pm and system notifying that your order is running late and no one informs you that your food is not coming is just plain poor Customer Service. WILL NOT BE BACK!
Ordered 40 papadidas for 10:30 am. And they came through with flying colors ....

Legit two of my slices of pizza were missing the crust when I opened the box. Called the store and as I type this it’s been 8 min and I am still on hold. The worst Papa John’s. Horrible service and the food is trash. Still on hold as I end this review.Update: 17min on hold and still no answer. The store was not busy.

Love ordering from here. We always do the carry-out special from the app which is a large 1-topping for 7.99. Which is an excellent price - with tax it comes to 8.65. The pizza is always ready by the time we get there to pick it up. Friendly staff. Flavor and quality is always consistent. We’ll keep coming back!

Lady at the counter told me i couldnt order and only delivery saying the system wouldn't allow her. Truth is i felt discriminated. Every pizza place does carry out.
