Well, this is one of our most favorite Pizza places. However, since the last couple of times our vegetarian pizza was super wet at the bottom making it so soggy that we had to throw most of it. it did not make any difference even after re-heating. Guess there was some problem while packing the order.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I have tried them a few times over the years and it is always a disaster. The manager tonight even told me that if I don't have problems with Dominoes, then maybe I should keep using them. Wow.

Ordered two pizza online and scheduled a pick up for 2:45. They cooked my pizza early and my pizza was cold. I called to make sure that they received the 2:45 pick up time and they said they did and still cooked them early. Very disappointed.

The employee named “Davis” is extremely rude and was slurring his words which leads me to believe he was under the influence. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Will NEVER order from Papa Johns ever again!!! Now I see why this place is rated 3 stars on Google.

They overcooked the pizza. I took it back and asked could they remake it which they did with no issue. However, the cook brought the order back over and I checked it right there. The pizza was cooked the exact same. Overcooked. At that point I just asked for a refund I will not be ordering from this location anymore.

We stopped ordering from there due to multiple bad experience's. We decided to try again tonight. Sorry to say big disappointment. Pizza was overcooked. Definitely didn't taste fresh. Guess we will Not be ordering again from Pappa John's. Over the years they really have gone way down in quality.

The pizza was barely distinguishable from the box. It was lukewarm and 1/2 hour later than promised. Similarly the cheese sticks were simultaneously over cooked and cold. Basically shoe leather with butter. In terms of pizza experiences a 1. The only successful aspect of the experience was that it arrived and the Pepsi wasn't flat. In all other aspects timeliness, warmth, taste, texture it was an epic fail. I would suggest ordering from anywhere else or putting tomato sauce on old beef jerky, cheaper and perhaps tastier.

I ordered tonight 2/27/23 for pick up around 630pm. When my husband arrived he had to wait for them to make another pizza because they accidentally gave it to someone else. Then he waited for the new one and got home with it just for it to be the wrong crust and wrong toppings. When I called to complain the on shift supervisor I didn’t catch his name hung up on me when I called back he told me not to call there again. I’ll never order papa John’s again.

Worst customer service, female employee was rude. I placed an order for a future time and she disregarded it and put it in for the current time. Absolutely the worst restaurant ever. Be prepared for the city to come check your restaurant!!!!!!

If you’re in the mood for papa John’s, I suggest going to a different location. This one doesn’t give the highest level of customer service that it could. Here they very politely deliver unsatisfactory customer service & do nothing to make it right. I’ll take my business to a different location & you should too.
