We were visiting Ft. Worth for the first time and heard about Paris and decided to try it. I see why the place remains a beloved local institution. The service was attentive and quick, and the atmosphere was comfortably friendly and casual. We ordered the gravy biscuits with brisket, the mugs, the corned beef, and the green bowl. The brisket was delicious, not overdone, with a slightly peppery bite. The hash had a wonderful flavor and the migas were authentic and tasty. Our vegetarian raved over the green bowl. We loved this place!

Extremely poor service from waitress. Food was only slightly warm and way over priced. Was expecting a better experience but was left very disappointed. Would not recommend dining here.Parking: Poor parking for handicap

The service was good but the breakfast was terrible. I returned the sausage because it was old and overcooked with no flavor. They brought me another biscuit and sausage but it wasn’t any better. The waitress was very nice and tried to make it right.

I always thought this building was cute when we lived in Fort Worth but we never made it inside. Today we were back in town for a visit and they’ve completely redone it while still keeping the same small town diner charm—just beautifully elevated with intentional design choices now. We got the short stack, bacon, French toast and sausage and the Bucko Breakfast and it was all delicious. Very attentive service and our food came out so fast even though they were busy (which is so nice especially when you have a four-year-old who is impatient.) We will def be back next time we’re in town!

Nice place and friendly staff. The food and coffee were delicious. I would like to see more vegan options. Like the black beans for example, vegans love em, don't ruin it for us by adding animal products

Cute little coffee shop. That serves more than coffee. Prices were on the high side . But still wasn't bad. Staff was friendly and place was clean.

This is one of our favorite breakfast spots in Fort Worth! We loved it before the “redo,” and love it just as much after. Solid, delicious breakfast menu items and good value for your money! The pancakes I’ve found to be inconsistent, so I go with the biscuits (which are fantastic).

We finally were able to make it before they closed. I had the T bone steak and egg, and my husband ordered the Migas. The steak could use a little more seasoning. I was a little disappointed with the steak. When I think of a T bone, I was expecting an actual T bone steak big with bone. I didn't get that. My husband says the migas were good. He added brisket to his migas. The coffee was great. I normally only drink 1 cup a day, I had 4 cups of coffee. The food was good, and the service was great as well.30 bucks is pretty expensive for a whole pie.

I came in after the breakfast rush. My order was forgotten, and I had to Alert the wait staff about this and to check on it. This is the second time this has happened to me at this place. Their food is nothing special. I had to go there as I was waiting to go to a nearby appointment, I will never go to this establishment again. They are too expensive for the quality of their food and their wait staff.
