Very disappointed in Fredrick the delivery driver (DoorDash) when delivering my pizza he called and made us come out for our food instead of walking to the door to deliver and on top of that SAID NEXT TIME TIP…tipping is a option not a requirement. And for all he knew we were tipping cash not on credit bill .. after that comment and the way he handled deliver service he dosent deserve a tip..

I will NOT be returning to this Pizza Hut location. The lady at the front was very kind and understanding, but the kitchen staff was rude. I ordered a triple play and my pizza’s were all messed up. The host said that they would remake my entire order, since they couldn’t take it back. After the pizzas were done, the kitchen staff argued about remaking the whole order.

They delivered our order but got many things wrong and the pizza was cold. When I tried to call the store they kept answering the phone then hanging up, would recommend using a different store.

i order at this pizza hut about 4 time a week and let me tell you something is always missing in my order or the pizza is missing toppings or extra cheese that i paid for. i almost never get my drink let alone any sauce that i order like ranch,
Ordered a Big Box, firstly the wings were missing and secondly the cheese on the pizza was not fully cooked, it was still cold, like biting into a lunchable. Absolutely disgusting.

Order #3230831214557001312034549THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!! My food was ordered at 9:45pm and I waited outside in the parking lot. The app said my order was ready so I walk in and the guy says that it hasn't even been start. Understanding but annoyed. The employees working and random other people are walking in and out of the building, hangout outside and I'm still waiting for my order. No kind of apologies or compensation was given or offered. This is the second time having this issue with this particular location. Unprofessional and definitely are not a location that is obsessed with their customer service or the customer experience. Finally go back inside at 10:40 for the guy to tell me my food hasn't been made because they don't have hand tossed crust, I WAITED AN HOUR .and my kids had fallen asleep and didn't even eat Beyond annoyed and frustrated with this experience. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. Then he wanted me to wait for them to make the order on a different crust!

Pizza Hut in Fort Worth located at 9124 Camp Bowie West Blvd did a fantastic job with my order on 8-22-23. We ordered 10 large pizza's (all modified) and everything was made exactly how we ordered it. The team at this location was very friendly and helpful. We ordered through the app and had an overall great experience. It was refreshing to be greeted right when I walked in and then they help load my food in my car. Much appreciation for this location and we will start using them for our pizza days at our business. Keep up the great service and positive attitude.
