BEST customer service. PERFECT food. I am so ******** satisfied ooommmggg. Yes, it was/is THAT GOOD! They honored every single thing I asked for. Perfect amount of sauce. Well done is what I asked for and it was gorgeously crispy and ready to eat upon delivery. Usually I would have to heat up or air fry my pizza when it gets to me, but not this time! Omfg perfection. The staff and manager went above and beyond to please me. And by God, I am PLEASED
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent delivery that I received today, January 16, 2024. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations, primarily due to the exorbitant delivery fees I had to pay for a pizza that cost me $19.00. To add insult to injury, the dasher left the order at my doorstep instead of handing it to me as I had requested.I am growing tired of Pizza Hut transferring the mandatory Door Dash fees onto the customer and still expecting us to tip the driver. In this particular instance, I had to pay $4.99 plus an additional $2.00, which amounts to a staggering 40% in delivery fees. I understand that there may be times when Pizza Hut faces a shortage of drivers and needs to rely on Door Dash to meet the demands of their business. However, as a customer, I find it unfair to bear the burden of these fees.Let me clarify that I am not opposed to tipping 18% or 20% for good service. However, I have now encountered issues with both Dashers during my two previous orders from your store. Consequently, I am unwilling to place any further food orders from your establishment if I am compelled to pay $4.99 to cover the fees that you pass on to the customer for Door Dasher services.

Just tried to order delivery with light cheese and extra sauce. A pizza arrives with just cheese and no sauce. Sure I can accept a mistake no problem. We call them back and it takes 10 minutes of some lady asking the details of what the pizza was repeatedly and our phone number like 5 times it was very strange but whatever. Fast forward and the second pizza arrives the exact same way. We spent 40 dollars including a 7 dollar tip but we will definitely not be ordering from Pizza Hut ever again.

I ordered about $60 worth of pizza plus a $7 tip 1 hour later the delivery still hasn’t arrived my kids fell asleep waiting on the pizza they were excited about…. All to find out the delivery driver dropped it off and didn’t let us know it was there. No knock no tracker update …. It still says out for delivery. I kept calling the store they said just call back then finally someone let me know the pizza was on my porch. When I looked out it had a snail crawling on the box and the pizza was already cold. The knock on the door is pretty basic I’m not sure why this didn’t happen.
The best Pizza Hut!! Food always fresh and friendly staff. Family visited from out of town and commented that their Pizza Hut is not as good as this location. Keep up the great work!!

As a frequent visitor to various pizza joints, I recently decided to give Pizza Hut a try. Unfortunately, my experience with their Chicken Pizza left me utterly disappointed. The taste was far from satisfactory.

Food was delivered to the wrong address, had I not went outside, I wouldn't have gotten my open box of dinner. The bread sticks were so over cooked I could not eat them.
