Would give 0 stars if I could ordered for delivery at 5:30 said the pizza was delivered at 6:07 called multiple times and the phone would pick up and you can just hear people talking and laughing in the background drove to the Pizza Hut and the had my order sitting there and they wanted to give me the old pizza that had been sitting for an hour already with no refund they just wanted to refund the delivery fee and not the tip ridiculous customer service. Ended up just getting a full refund and not getting anything.

We used to order regularly prior to Covid. During Covid food/service was a night mare. Over the last four year we’ll order every 6 months and there’s always an issue. Call it bad but we’ve had pizza cut where one slice was nearly 1/3 of the pizza and there were 1 inch slices on the other side. The toppings are wrong. We always request light sauce. That’s ignored. We gotten the wrong order completely. We tried picking up instead of delivery and we we pull up there’s 4 employees smoking trash can. Go inside there’s on girl at the register who tells us our pizza will take atleast 20 mins additionally after weve waited the expected 30. Our latest order was last night. The melt we ordered was so over done the edges crumbled once it cooled off you couldn’t eat it. It was rock solid. The stuffed crust we order came out with black edges as well. This is the 4640 camp Bowie location. We tried the 9124 camp location and it’s comparable. Pizza isn’t cheap anymore. And I’m tired of throwing away $40-$50 on an order.

Did online order. Everything went great. I didn't see my text, so the driver brought my order to my upstairs apartment, which was awesome, because normally I meet them downstairs. This location is always awesome. Can't ask for better.
This place is actually stupid I've called 4 times now they say let me put you on hold than they go and hang up? I don't blame the employees I blame the stupid management that's allowing them to do this stupid work.I've called again and I said I wanna place an order then he said hold on one second and hung up after a few seconds...
