My boyfriend and I come to this location all the time and have the best experience! We came here tonight and that did not fail I cannot remember the older gentleman’s name taking care of us on the patio, but he was amazing! Everything came out extremely fast he made sure we felt welcomed with great conversation and I was super happy with our expierence I wish I could remember his name because he was amazing!

We had the massive table in the corner & our server was Reagan, he was amazing for only being here for one week! He was nice and efficient. I’m mainly leaving a review to apologize to him on behalf of the women I was sitting with. They were making snarky remarks and mean jokes towards him as he walked away. It disgusted me that they treated him like that… Reagan if you see this you were an amazing sever and did nothing wrong! 10/10 service I appreciate you being so nice and respectful! you handled every situation perfectly!

Went on a very busy Sunday afternoon, our server Ericka was great as well as the manager who came by and apologized for the wait which we did not mind. Overall the food was great and so was our experience at this location definitely will be back!

We now know Wednesday is trivia night. The host for it talks super loud in the mic and so close to the mic it was hard to understand her. It was loud already then adding mic was toooo much. We all had a headache from it and rush our meal to leave.

Super great service from our server Jordan! This was our first time at a Pluckers, and we will definitely be back. The fried pickles were crunchy and delicious. We tried four flavors for the wings: Dr Pepper (tasty without punching you in the face with flavor), Vampire Killer (amazing, 10/10, not overly spicy, great flavor), Baker’s Gold (we get the hype but not our favorite), Spicy Lemon Pepper (my fiancé’s new favorite, 10/10, super yummy). We got the tater tots tossed with a spicy ranch fry seasoning which was definitely the way to do it. Overall, great experience and we look forward to coming back soon!

Came here with my fiance and we ordered the spicy ranch wings and the maple chipotle wings. The spicy ranch is usually my favorite flavor but these were salty and crispy the point they were dry. The worst part of the night is I ordered my second drink and the waitress tells us that we can ONLY ORDER 1 DRINK Per 30 min. I had ordered 1 margarita and went to order another one when we were told it was the “GMs policy” which I found ridiculous. We paid and took our business elsewhere- literally went to 54rh street across the street. Dumbest. Business. Decision. Ever. I had only had 1 drink when I attempted to order another and to be told the gm limits your drinks and TIMES when you can drink is actually crazy. I’ve never been cut off after 1 drink lol. Way to screw your waitresses over also - limiting how much your patrons drink when alcohol is what drives the price up for your waitresses to get tipped more is diabolical. We will literally never come here aGain

I love a good wing! But pluckers is alright. Not the best in my opinion. I feel like my wings I make in the air fryer taste more delicious and juicy! The wings felt a tad dry. The atmosphere is alright if you like loud and crowded. I hate going to dinner at places where I feel like I need to yell across a table to be heard. Still enjoyed my experience, just not my personal preference as far as wings go!

Extremely disappointed. First time ever going there. Went with work friends. Any of the deals that were previously offered all the rules had changed with each item we asked for. I will never return. We were told we could only order one drink per hour. We were there for over 1.5 hours and never was I asked if I wanted another drink. Even asked for water and it was never delivered. Had to have my food boxed as I was too dry mouthed to eat. Not returning-not recommending!

I Uber some food & was missing my toddlers macaroni was missing, my wing sauce was all in the bag & my fried cheese came like this.. very disappointing. Definitely wasn’t worth my $

We ordered togo. We go get the food it took over 20 minutes to get our order after it was ready. We get home its cold and soggy but not only that wasnt even the right order. We been coming for years and this has made us not want to come back. Very dissapointed paid 60 bucks for two meals didnt get what we paid for.
Are at the bar and the service there was great. It took a while for the food, but they were busy and the food was great.
