So my sister ordered us some food and she picked it up at around 9:30pm. Had eaten from here once before and liked it, but after this last time ,never again. My sister got a chicken burrito for her and me , most of been last of chicken since hers had some( barely) yet mine was I guess you can call it a bean and cheese veggie burrito. Had not 1 piece of chicken in it, besides the guacamole being missing aswell .sure Had a ton of "fajita peppers " that weren't cooked and bunch of jalapeño pieces. Also had ordered 3 chicken tacos, which at least had chicken in it . Even though a drumstick has more chicken on it than the 3 tacos had altogether . Definitely will be going to the restaurant, not to buy anything but to either have this fixed or have a "talk" with the male workers that where there last night. If they where running out alor didn't want to cook more chicken because it was near closing time than shouldn't of accepted order or call her phone to either pick a different meat or to see if she wanted to cancel it , since they saw a chick's name most likely felt they could do whatever they wanted to and what would she does since they were about to close. Well now they won't worried about her, I'm a take care of it and see if doing whatever they felt like doing is gonna turn out for them. Oh and I know the pictures of the burrito look weird ,that's cause I cut it open with multiple cuts and then with a spoon looked through it to see if I could find at least a couple pieces of chicken and maybe a small amount of guac , NOPE.

I have been to this location twice in the past week. There is a new employee here, a young man by the name of Will. I wanted to make sure Will is acknowledged for his EXCELLENT service! Even though I had several things to order, and didn't articulate my orders very well, Will was 100% patient, professional, and courteous. You just don't see young workers like Will anymore. Every request I made to him was met with a "Yes sir", and backed by body language that showed he is a hard worker and is customer focused. In today's self-centered society, you just don't see many young people like Will. He is the type of young man that any employer should encourage, support, and try to hang on to as long as they can. Please give Will a huge kudos, a bonus, a raise, etc. Trust me, you want Will on the front lines as much as possible!Thanks,Kirk

Ordered a cheese crusted quesadilla. Received a cold regular quesadilla. Tried to give the location another chance. Ordered two double meat bowls. Received two bowls with hardly one serving of meat and the bowls were half full. Contacted customer service online and they did not care. Go somewhere else.Update: I reached in an email as advised (for the second time) and no response.

Usually pretty good but I would’ve loved to have some bell peppers instead of a handful of onions and a slither of a bell pepper.
More flavor place.....seriously that's what the bag of chips said ok so where's the flavor? We got the nachos and my husband agrees this was pretty bad. The chips tasted stale, the queso was bland and the hot sauce wasn't even hot from what my husband said. It's rare that food leaves me hungry and wanting food. This had little to no substance. Simply put bad food put me in a bad mood.

7:02 on 6/24. Two things I saw when visiting at Tahama Ridge. Please teach the workers that when they sling food at the bowl, some of it is more likely to hang off the side. They shouldn't leave it there, but flipping it in with their finger feels like it's being mishandled. Please also teach workers to change gloves after handling money at the register. I reminded the guy once, and he did nothing as if I said nothing. Or, maybe he got distracted when I also asked him to repeat what he was telling me, but I had to remind him a second time because he side stepped changing his gloves and tried to fix my chips. He then tossed them, washed and dried his hands and pulled on just one glove, and got my chips.

Honestly sad I didn’t find this place sooner! I had their competitor running through my veins before I knew about QDOBA THRILLED to have found a healthier, more cost effective, tastier, delicious quality food option!! They are always super quick too. Ordering online is very easy. SO MANY TOPPINGS! SO MANY OPTIONS!! Your staff at the alliance location are always so sweet.

The evening manager was short and rude , like we were taking time out of his life . I asked for corn salsa on my bowl, he quietly in rudely said that’s extra !!! So I want it !!!! he burn the corn tortilla and acted like we were rude because we wanted it fixed or replaced !!
