Very underwhelmedComing from Florida all you hear is how good it is and I was very underwhelmed with seasoning not that great pretty bland. Chicken was juicy as advertised but what does it matter when it is pretty bland.

Granted the workers at this location were very nice… the food wasn’t. As we were leaving the parking lot I thought maybe I was smelling like a burnt smell. My boyfriend said that didn’t smell it and I brushed it off. Being 5 months pregnant I smell what others don’t. Upon getting home and opening the food the fries were lukewarm (we live about 3-5 minutes away) and had zero salt. I let it slide I don’t need it anyways. We ordered 3 toast ,1 literally looks half eaten. Then we get down to the tenders they just look slightly overcooked but no big deal. I smell the tenders they make me sick to my stomach how burnt they smell. He takes a bite and says “ yeah they definitely taste burnt”. Idk if you guys needed to change the grease or what but it was $22 down the drain. And the wait was so long just for burnt food ? We’ve got to do better.

Always enjoy eating here. We recently found out you can order naked tenders as well if you don't want the breading. They taste just as great and are a healthier option if you're looking for that. ?

Caines is my son‘s new favorite stop so no matter what we end up having for dinner. He usually wants us to grab canes for him. They have a pretty simple menu so it makes it for a pretty simple order and they usually serve up good food that’s hot in a fairly short order.
They were super busy but the servers GREAT! They were fast, & changed our sides to our choices. Very clean, the food tastes delicious!!! The salt on Fries was on point.

I hate to say it, but their chicken is always cooked to perfection. Their prices are a little high, and their chicken can use a tad bit more seasoning, but the way they cook it is so tender and juicy and crunchy and fresh that you have no choice but to like it. I think they make up for the flavor with their signature sauce. I also love the ice and bread, of course. I think the fries are good, but I can't remember because the chicken is the star. It is "bussin" as my granddaughter always says.
