I had the worst experience of any Raising Cane's at this location. Ordered an Arnold Palmer with more lemonade than sweet tea for my wife. My wife tried it and wanted there to be more lemonade. We were sitting at the window waiting for the rest of the food and we tried to wave at the cashier. There were 3 of them in the front and one of them saw us out of the corner of her eye and then turned her back to the window instead of helping us. When they brought the food out, we asked to correct the issue and instead were met with hostility. "We don't do refills it's unsanitary" she retorted. Instead of just saying, sure let me remake that and how would you like that drink? We were met with rudeness. I confronted her asking her why she was so rude it's just a drink. And instead responded with sarcasm. Then we found out our order was wrong when he came home. I'm not sure what is going on, but if your workers are that stressed and rude to customers that a small issue can't be corrected there must be a big issue going on.
