Ordering for curbside waiting 15 minutes, decide to go inside and get my order they don't even care about it.
I came here on my lunch break in a hurry and asked for my meal to be extra crispy. It was not made extra crispy so I came inside to have it remade and could hear the cook, a woman in the background talking smack saying it was already made crispy and the other workers were laughing. Not thinking too much about it, and Assuming they remade my order correctly I took my order to the car just for when I get back to work to see this is what they gave me. She gave me the same chicken strips back and only remade my fries to be extra crispy. I come to raising canes all the time and they always make it crispy with no problems, her attitude was not necessary and if I wasn’t on a time crunch I definitely would have gone back and gotten a refund. Bad customer service.
