I took my mom to eat for early mothers day gift. Because im on the road alot.The service was awesome , we enjoyed our meals. It was fresh and seasoned just right. I had the seafood combo with red beans and rice and cheese grits. A starter my son had chicken strips from the kids menu he said they were a lil spicy (I didn't taste them) mom had the catfish dinner came with 2 sides.
I ORDERED THE 3PC CATFISH W/2 SIDES, THE WAITRESS DID NOT SAY (NOR DID THE MENU) SPECIFY THAT I WAS ORDERING FISH STRIPS. MY RED BEANS $ RICE WERE STRINGY AND TASTED FOUL LIKE THEY WERE SPOILED, MY GREEN BEANS WERE COLD, MY ENTIRE MEAL WAS COLD, I ONLY ATE THE MEAT. MY FRIEND ORDERED THE PORK CHOPS AND THEY HAD A FUNNY TASTE HE SAID AND HE ONLY ATE HALF OF ONE OF HIS PORK CHOPS, THE FOOD WAS JUST NOT GOOD THIS PAST SUNDAY, SO WE WENT HOME AND HAD TO COOK US SOMETHING TO EAT, AND THAT DEFEATED THE WHOLE PURPOSE FOR OUR SUNDAY OUT TO EAT IN THE FIRST PLACE. WE SAID MAYBE A NEW COOKING CREW MAYBE BUT WE WILL LIKELY RETURN TO THIS PARTICULAR RAZZOO'S RESTAURANT, THNX

I stopped going to this location a long time ago due to repeated bad service. Today, was no exception and just further confirmed why I do NOT come here. Had another waitress who made it obvious she didn’t want to either be at work at all or just serve our table. Prices have went up and portion sizes of course have decreased. I’ll stick to Downtown’s location from now on for sure…

The server took our drink order and did not return to take our order for another 20 minutes, she waited on the other patrons at the bar and did not even look on our area. Finally, when she decided to come and take our order, my friend ordered a bowl of gumbo and I specifically asked for shrimp from the appetizer menu and order the shrimp basket and a PO boy sandwich to go and informed her that I would let her know when to get it ready. The first thing that went wrong was they brought out the sandwich while I was still eating, secondly, I was overcharged for my meal; now the manager comes out and tells me I ate the shrimp basket and that's what I needed to pay for. I explained to the manager that I specifically order from the appetizer menu and the server made the mistake and she also never informed me of the price difference. This was a very bad experience for me and friend and we refuse to ever return to establishment due to the very poor service by staff and management. If you want to be treated with respect and receive good service do not go to this Razoo's.

We go to Razzoos several times a year, but 2nd time at this locationWe ordered 2 appetizers, drinks and entreesFirst appetizer was supposed to be garlic Parmesan oysters, she brought out Raw Oysters, we sent those back then we received our drinks, I ordered on the rocks but received frozen ?Then our entrees come outStill no appetizer, but after about 15 minutes received both appetizers one over cooked the other was crumbs from the bottom of the package it was supposed to be Gator but it was not meaty just mainly crumbsSo needless to say, I won’t be back to this locationBut the entree was good!!We were also there celebrating our grandson’s birthday, thanks for ruining thatAnd NOT a manager in sight!!!!
