Horrible Service both at the front and at the pick up area, didn't even get my number correct had no one speak to me unless I spoke to them and even then was barely spoken to when I asked questions I was just flat out ignored horrible experience.

Jimmy the manager is amazing. All his staff are very friendly. Busy or not busy you will get the most friendly service food service is amazing. Food very fresh. They all go above there duties to make every customer feel so welcome as family. The food quality is amazing. Jimmy the manager we see him 1 or 2x a week because he and all his staff makes you want to come back for all the great sea food. They are so family friendly here. My lil girl is autistic and when they see us come in the accommodate our seating to make her feel comfortable. Go jimmy.. You are the best. And the training you have done with your staff shows the same hospitality. They all are going to make sure you are 100 percent happy coming and leaving this place.Thank you Jimmy…

The food; For an inland seafood shop it was pretty darn good. The shrimp was a little over cooked making it a bit hard to shell but the flavor was excellent. For the price tho, $$$$ I think it should have been deveined. We had King Crab and it was sweet and succulent. The service was nonexistent. You order and pay $$$$ when you come in. They give you cups to get your own drinks then someone brings a setup to your table which consists of a bucket for your trash, two pie pans, and two pair of small shears to open your crab then when your food is ready, they come by and toss it on your table in a plastic bag. If I'm gonna pay well over $100 for a meal for two people, I would at least like to get tableside drink service. The atmosphere is something like a noisy cafeteria, the place is obviously popular despite the high cost and the absence of service. In closing, for the amount of money I spent I could've gone somewhere like Pappadeaux's and enjoyed the same food, but with excellent service and great atmosphere.

BEST WINGS I love the Cajun flavor it's 10 out of 10, and the come back sauce is better than ranch if you ask me, but they are stingy with it. I'm not a wing eater unless it's these here.Cajun fries are good too however ration seasoning is applied to them.

Food- everything comes out as it's ready, hot and fresh. Great flavor & seasoning. Portions are decent as well. Service- order when you walk in, they'll bring it to your table. Very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Ambiance- TV's, Music, clean and seems to run very orderly. Tables set for just about any group size

The food was OK I did not like the sausages they were cheap and chewy. You can definitely tell when you're eating cheap sausages because you just chew and chew and chew and chew. Secondly, the smallest combo for one person was $55 now in this $55 crab bag it came with no eggs, no potatoes no shrimp I think you have potatoes but it was pretty confusing when it had no egg or no shrimp because crab bags consist of those things so the shrimp with extra the eggs was extra. I think the eggs are like two dollars an egg, I don't understand why seafood is so high in the DFW area because it's not worth it. Their crabs were OK but most of them were over boiled or overcooked so the meat inside the shell was hard as hell and I got the classic sauce and it tasted like salt so I was suggest them to put some sugar or some Heidi, in their seasoning once you dip the crab or the shrimp into the flavor it's all right at the beginning but at the end on your pallet it taste like salt if I could write them in would definitely be a 2 1/2

I went to dinner here and ordered 1lb King Crab ($58 for 3 legs), an order of Calamari appetizer and a Crown and Sprite, total was $98. I woke up at 3am with severe stomach pain. Had the worst diarrhea of my life, and I'm not a sensitive eater.

I'm from Louisiana, and this is the worst rendition of boiled crawfish I've ever had. I've never heard of putting thick, gritty, sauce on crawfish after they boil, but that's what you get here and thus NOT authentic in any manner. We purchased 10 lbs for 6 people and didn't make it past 5 before it got to be too salty and just gross. The shrimp we ordered came the same way and were so overcooked we couldn't pull the shell off. There was a line out the door, and it is Good Friday, so not sure what to take from that, but I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone from Louisiana trying to satisfy a craving. You will be disappointed. We spent $294.00 and left unhappy with the food.
