I've always enjoyed a trip to Red, Hot and Blue. Imagine my surprise when I showed up with a friend and they we closed! Hope all is settled and business opened soon.

I order online a couple months ago. I got there and no burnt ends. I was told my order would be canceled because I didn’t pick up the food. 2 weeks later charge still on my debit card. So I called and spoke to some guy that answered. I gave a description of who I spoke to which was a lady with braids. She turned out to be the manager. I asked for a call back. I never received one. I called 4 days later and was told to cancel my order online. Long store short my bank had to get involved for me to recoup my funds. I will not be support this business again.

Literally WORST restaurant experience I've ever had. My family and I (5 people) came on a Saturday at around 6pm and the place was empty except one table. We didn't even see staff walking around and there wasn't even a bartender the whole night. After waiting 15 minutes, a server frantically came out of the kitchen to get our drink order. She brought drinks out (sodas and waters) one or two at a time over the next 20 minutes and still forgot one. We finally ordered our meal but then waited over an hour and still had not gotten our food. I had to walk to the kitchen and knock on the door then push it open and yell "hello???" several times before our server came out and told me the food was ready and they were just waiting on the French fries to finish cooking so it should be just a couple minutes longer. Another 30 minutes went by and I went back to the kitchen again and asked for the manager but was told he was trying to cook the food and would not be able to come out. We were all extremely frustrated at this point and the server then frantically started bringing random bits of food out just to get something to us- the burger was almost completely raw, the fries were cold, the brisket was cold and hard and had no bbq sauce, the sweet potato was hard and uncooked, the hush puppies were not cooked long enough, and they didn't even bring half of what we ordered (beans, ran out of potato salad, out of banana pudding etc ). We had no silverware and I had to go back to the kitchen to ask for some, so the cook went and found some plastic utensils in the to go area. There was NO bbq sauce. The manager again refused to come out and speak to us. The other table that was there when we first got there had ordered chicken fried chicken (among other things) and ended up walking out because their food was uncooked, cold, missing items etc. and the cook (or manager?) then tried to serve THEIR untouched chicken fried chicken to one of my family members (disgusting!!!!!!!) who had actually ordered chicken fried steak. Our server took the chicken back and made them cook a chicken fried steak but by the time it was done and brought out to us we were all so appalled and frustrated that we didn't want the food anymore and could not BELIEVE that this was our experience. I have previously worked in the food service industry for many years and have never heard of anything like this happening, I couldn't even imagine a restaurant staying in business for a week with this kind of absolute chaos. After reading other recent reviews on here and other review sites, I can see that this is actually a common occurrence at this particular restaurant. It's too bad though, this was a good restaurant many years ago.

Well, it makes me give it a star rating, and it doesn't let me give a negative rating, so there you go. If you ever need to pick up an order for a family event (not even that large of an order - only 5 lbs meat), make sure your pickup time is at least 2 hours before you need it. Otherwise, your food will be very, very late. If you try to speak with the manager - even if you aren't going full-blown Karen and are simply asking what time you can expect your food - he will be very disrespectful and walk away saying how he "cannot talk to that woman." The place is filthy and looks like it hasn't been cleaned since before the Pandemic started, if not before. We placed an order in advance (day before) to be picked up at 1:15. It is now 1:45, and there is no sign that it will be ready before the next millennium. If this were the first time we had to wait more than half an hour for an order placed in advance, then I would have let it go. I understand staff shortages. What I don't understand- and won't tolerate - is someone (the manager - who would not give his name) showing utter and complete disrespect when I was just trying to find out what time we could expect our food, so we could let the dozen people waiting on it know. On the plus side, Dominick was really nice and was doing the best he could. UPDATE: We got our food, took it to the house, and discovered we had only 1 of 3 pounds of brisket, and all of the quarts of sides we ordered were only pints. The fun goes on and on.

Completely bummed. For me this spot is a hit or miss on the food. Service is always good place is clean and inviting. On this night we drove up, parking lot was empty, sign on the door read closed for the evening, understaffed employees out with covid, back open in the morning. Being a chef the time we are in is crippling even large based restaurants. It's a painful reality. If you enjoy Red Hot and Blue visit them. None of us as food Service establishments can guarantee you we will be doors open this time next year if we are absent staff and customers now.

The only reason I gave a 1star is because it’s Not option for ZERO! I found this place online (first time customer), I placed a online order and paid with my card. I drive to restaurant, park in curbside parking, call the number listed as instructed. No Answer. Walk to the door and guess what? CLOSED! They advertised online closing was 8pm, Yet They Closed Early! Inside of restaurant was pitch black! Recall number for restaurant and choose option to speak with someone No Answer! Pull my online order up and guess what? I COULD NOT CANCEL MY ORDER! Yet This Closed Restaurant who was advertising OPEN! CHARGED!! My credit card for food I did NOT Pickup Because They CLOSED Early! They showed online the closing time was 8pm! This restaurant is a online Scam! They charged me for food I Didn’t Get Because They Closed Early! Yet I couldn’t cancel the order But was charged! I had to call my credit card company and file a dispute in order to remove the charges! Because The Restaurant would Not! Warning Do Not Use Your Credit Card Online with This Restaurant!

Our family CHRISTMAS dinner was ruined because a simple thing called LACK OF COMMUNICATION from this location.All the public would like is a simple courtesy we're closed!!! Do not stay open and leave a lack of personnel who are "not cooks" and a General manager who obviously has never has to deal with a crisis before in a Restaurant. Who clearly needs basic manager training.The attempt was made by the few (3) employees to fill the online orders but none were achieved during my visit of 45min.More than 5 online order pickups were told there is no more food to cancel there orders online with corporate during my visit of 45minAlready emailed you guys website with my order details for full refund!

My wife and I came here specifically for the ribs. To our disappointment, the ribs were not prepared and would not be ready for over an hour. When we were seated, we were located by the bar. I changed seats as I wasn't interested in listening to a loud drunk. When we recieved our food, we were served on paper plates with cheap utensils. I have been coming to this restaurant for almost 15 years and it has never been this bad. Will not be coming back.

Over priced for $7.00, the stew had mostly sauce and corn with little meat. I went home and added rice, the rice soaked up the sauce and there was very little of anything left. $13.00 for a beef sandwich and fries.

The establishment is pure nasty. I mean completely filthy. I actually worked for these people and no freaking body WASHES their hands. I am so surprised the health department has not came in and shut it down. The General Manager is undoubtedly repulsive. I would not have eaten at this establishment if I didn't make the food myself or watched it being made.

I honestly don’t know how this restaurant is still in business. They are so clueless and their staff is just rude. The person in front of me went to pick up their order on Christmas Eve that they paid for, she told the lady she’s coming back to pick up her food and the African American lady said “but I didn’t know you were coming back. Everybody says they’re coming back”. Like what? She didn’t get her food. I was picking up an order for Grubhub, waiting in a long line, just for her to tell me “oh I turned it off.” Horrible customer service and lady was so rude to everyone. Get your act together quick or I don’t see you guys being in business for long.

Used to love it. Not so much anymore. Wait is absolutely ridiculous and the staff is rude. Makes me sad because I used to love coming here on my lunch break but it’s not even worth it anymore.

Went at dinner time and the place was empty. The waitress was nice, but they were out of hushpuppies, okra and bacon burnt ends. The pulled pork sandwich was awful, dry pork and bun. The manager was nice enough to comp two deserts because there was a huge piece of cartilage in my sandwich. The banana pudding does even contain slices of bananas. We will not return.

I ordered take out Saturday. I spent $58.00. My order was 30 minutes past time I was told it would be ready. I ordered the 5 meat meal. I was shorted one item and the ribs were too dry and tough I could not eat them. You were out of side items' so we substituted . I made it home to Weatherford with out any bbq sauce. This was a horrible experience and a first time for this poor service. And after a 30.minute drive for some tasty red hot and blue. I will never be back and will be posting this on yelp.. terrible service.I met a man that was from neighborhood in waiting area. He said it had gone down hill and wasnt as good as it used to be..
