At the time I am writing this, I have now been there at least four times. The first time was a to-go order a friend brought me. It was a beef enchilada of some type and I was not impressed at all. Rosas is one of my favorite places to go. People are nice, seating is comfortable, decorations are festive, food is delicious, sodas are good. They have a Taco Tuesday special that is delish. Rosas can easily become anyone's favorite place to eat. Attached is the #36 Chicken Fiesta Salad with Romaine and iceberg lettuce, Medium Salsa, finished with a drizzle of Ranch Dressing and a #36 Chicken Fiesta Salad with the vinaigrette dressing.

First time eating at Rosa's cafe. My husband and I were passing by and smelled something fantastic. We looked around and my husband said it must be Rosa's cafe. We went and I ordered the taco salad with beef and in my opinion it was delicious. Very flavorful.
