I’ve had just a handful of authentic Chicago Deep dish pizzas in the DFW metroplex over the years. Many pizza joints claim to be deep dish but they’re just a glorified pan pizza. Let me tell you, Rosati’s did not disappoint. This was one of the top 5 deep dish pizzas I have ever had. It takes 45 minutes to cook so call ahead, that’s how you know it should be the real deal. We just moved to Texas and this Pizza was great! Truly is Chicago style. I was hesitant to trying it and being disappointed, but it really did satisfy our Chicago style pizza craving. Other pizzas in Texas ain’t it

The food is good, the ingredients are fresh but the crust that I requested was too thick for me. I really didn’t like it. It was my first experience. I will try a different crust next time. Friendly employees, good customer service.
