Went to the one in Saginaw on 3/12 about 5 pm and there is no one in line she says she’ll be with us in a minute and she never takes our order like she forgot we were there then a car rolls up and she takes their order like she forgot about us I mean all you have is a drive thru how can u forget and the place is empty not

The food was GREAT, as it always is. And it is always super fast when we go. Everyone is friendly and patient when I am trying to decide. Salads aren't normally my thing...lolThe only reason I gave it 4 stars for the atmosphere is because I wish there was a place to go in and eat.
Love salad and go! All their drinks are good as well. The steak fajita is my fav wrap and the roasted autumn salad with chicken is my salad of choice.Kid-friendliness: Kid menu options

They're always very quick with orders and on top of that, our orders have always been correct and delicious. I love their caesar salad and my husband really enjoys the Thai wrap with the peanut dressing. Never been disappointed when we've gone.

Stopped by for the first time and went through the drive through. It took about 2 seconds to get my salad (maybe it was premade?) regardless it was fresh and super good!!
We go here almost religiously. Their lemonades are to die for and the build your own salads on the app are beyond worth your time. Especially for the price you pay. I think my favorite part about getting a salad from here is the amount of avocado that is used when ordered. 2 servings/portions is the perfect amount for any salad. Their Thai peanut salad reminds me of the sushi place i grew up going to that would serve something similar. It’s all just great. I wish they sold fresh baked cookies or breads.Kid-friendliness: They do have a kids “menu” and they do have soups and a protein box that you can customize.
I love all the food- BUT, trying to do a mobile pickup for on the way to work is not possible unless you can be very late getting in!!!! ONLY ONE PERSON WORKING JUST DOESN’T CUT IT!I waited 30min and just had to leave - I wanted to let her know I needed to cancel but she wouldn’t answer the bell - so then I had to spend more time getting ahold of corporate to get refunded.
