I give a lot of credit to this place for helping me lose over 50 pounds in the last 18 months, it’s essentially a “build your own salad” with pretty much any topping you can think of, from egg to fresh beets.Make sure to checkout their website where they have a calorie counter and all you have to do is check all the ingredients you have in your salad and it gives you all of the nutritional info, super easy! The salad in the photo was about 800 calories and I can split this thing into two servings easily. The juices are fresh and worth a try, especially if you’re watching your figure.Vegetarian options: It’s like a build your own salad with tons and tons of options

They will insult you in Spanish thinking you have no idea what they are saying because you’re not Hispanic. Customer came in and they shared the same language and they were unaware that most are fluent in Spanish nowadays and can comprehend what they are saying. Quite rude and unnecessary how they carried on with the customer, but I still tipped them anyway. I’ve noticed both locations have the same rude issue (Berry and Commerce). The Berry location will literally give you the death stare because they are skimpy on the salad ingredients when you are PAYING for a BYOS at at a salad bar. Five chicken cubes should not be 3+ be generous with the ingredients when it is a salad built for four servings.

1st timer and this is officially one of my new favorite spots! I love love love the option of having a fresh salad!The service was okay, I did explain to the young lady that this was my absolute 1st time but she was more focused on what was going on outside than me.I did a walk through of my options to create my perfect salad and it was perfecto! The salad itself which are all the veggies, toppings and etc for $9 and then if you add protein that’s an additional $3.59 making your small salad $13. Being that it was my 1st time I got 3 different dressings and was charge $1 for that which was no problem.I tried the buttermilk ranch (fresh), the balsamic and lemon vinaigrette which both served different but were all Exceptionally fresh!!! You also get bread with your salad and I got the multigrain croissant and it was 1000/10! Thank you SO Much Salata for the experience and the VERY FRESH FOOD! 10/10 Highly recommend.Parking: Very busy location and parking was terrible.

I usually like Salata, but for $16, I expect not to pick out all the little decaying salad leaves! Their greek dressing is usually better too, but today it was oily and not as flavorful. Not sure what happened since I used to like coming here, but no longer one of my lunch break go-tos.

First time here. Three stars could inch up if I came more often and got it dialed in, I think. Good selection of ingredients. Got chipotle shrimp for protein, but the presentation of proteins a little weak. Not super appetizing look but okay taste. One serving of dressing but wish I had done half of that or less. Would be so much better if chopped. Mostly this feels like salads being prepped by people who don't eat salads.
The portion sizing at this store is consistently the smallest of the 5 stores in the dfw that I visit. Workers shake the spoon and talk about you in Spanish thinking you don't understand what they are saying.

One of the employees made my salad wrong and when I came back to have it remade the employee that made it was rude to the max. She gave me a demeanor that was so rude and disrespectful that you would have thought she was the person who's food was made wrong. Definitely need to improve customer service skills at this Salata.
