The flavorings in the food taste delicious, too bad most all of the food is mushier rather than chewy. The bread is wheat flour thus non of us, nor any person that has wheat/white flour, gluten allergies will have to forfeit that hand finger eating that is utilized with picking up and wrapping your food with the fine bread. We missed out on that fun and tasty experience. Would be wonderful if the bread was created from rice or millet so we all could enjoy.

The beef tips were tough and didn't have much flavor at all. As well I was given a very small portion of food ?

I've been here many time. They're closed for dine in since the pandemic, so you have to call to order and call when you get there for her to open the door. I like that you get a lot of extra bread with your order and I'm always satisfied with my order.

Sincerely odd eating experience. True Ethiopian Food. The weird sponge bread and who knows exactly what you're eating. Bring a Fork and a roll of paper towels with you.

Confusing. Door was locked with a sign to call in my order. Called it in, she asked when I'd be there and i told her i was in the parking lot. She said ok. Didn't ask me what i was driving. (Several cars in the parking lot) She comes out and starts looking around so i got out of my car. She had me come inside to process the payment. She was nice, the food was good.

I love the flavors at Samson's! Every dish I've ever had was delicious. The owner is super helpful, accommodating and wants to make sure you love her food. The bread is SO delicious. This small restaurant is take-out only during COVID, so you miss the beautiful presentation of the meal on the restaurant's dishes. But the quality isn't diminished at all. It is easy to feed a couple or a group of 12 with the plentiful servings. Samson's is a fantastic spot in west Fort Worth.

Such a cool experience, if you love food this place is a must. The owners were super personable and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of.
My friend and I stopped in while headed to a doctors appointment yesterday to try their cuisine. ( we have been trying different cultural foods and Ethiopian was next!) We called in an order in which the lady didn't seem to friendly but very direct. However once in the establishment everyone was very friendly and the food was excellent! We happened to go on a Thursday and they offer free Ethiopian coffee with a purchase on Thursday's, I believe the hours are from noon until 3pm. We weren't able to get it due to having to drive to the appointment but it was so nice to have it offered and wish we could have tried it. We ordered the Chicken Tibs which were absolutely wonderful. Would definitely recommend!

I called . From the parking lot, to make an order,...and she answered the phone. What I am very busy. If you want to wait .. then I asked for a small amount 9f something and a vegetarian plate. And she was unwilling to accommodate my request. Telling me that I had to purchase 2 separate meals. And she would not work with me.
