I have been here multiple times and have always had a good experience but today all employees either had ear buds in or were on their phones. Hostess was rude and seemed like she did not want to be at work! Her friends kept stopping by the business. Will not return.

Turn your hearing aid up. Girl at register won't speak up or to you, won't explain chip selection, just waves a hand at them. When she brought the order out and threw it on the table and said "here" with the previous attitude. She needs training. Take your chances here. Store is on the hill in lake worth. May not go

Pretty disappointed with the meal and service. Me and my wife ordered 2 sandwich meals in the lobby at 8:27 pm on Saturday evening and was told by cashier they were closing in 30 minutes and we could not eat there we had to order our food to go so they could clean. Food was blah I spent 30 bucks and even bought a cup of cinnamon rolls which I had to throw away since it was so dry. I don’t eat here very often and now I know why. I will just go to subway or some other place instead. For sure don’t try to go there past 830 your business is not wanted.

Went tonight (7:30) and went through the drive thru. The girl that took our order was very 'snippy' by not even giving us a chance to finish what we were saying before saying 'is that it.' When we pull through I said 'smile the day is almost over for you.' She didn't even acknowledge what I said, took my money and slammed the window closed. She hands me my change and pretty much tosses me our drink and slams the window closed again (not certain if the window closes by itself or not). She returns, shoves the bag and windows slams again...no thank you or anything. Get home and look in the bag...our sandwiches are pretty much thrown into the bag half wrapped and thrown together.

The girl taking our order had a terrible attitude. We sat waiting for our order for about 30 minutes (just 2 of us). Finally asked the same girl at the counter if our order would be ready soon, she replied, we're really busy ( 4 people in the entire restaurant, none at the drive thru). After her comment asked for my money back. Our food arrived seconds later. The sandwich was edible, but not great. My soup tasted good, but was not hot. I would not recommend this schlotskies.
The original Schlotzsky’s is always on the menu for me. And I love the cinnamon rolls.

Went through the drive thru one night after checking the hours for the wrong location. I ordered, they were friendly, served me, and asked me to pull up and wait on my order. The lights started to go off, and they were locking up. Brought me my food on their way out. I then realized that I had gotten there 3 minutes before they closed, but they served me and were super nice throughout the process. I felt terrible and will forever check hours more closely.

I wanted to give this restaurant another try, but I regret it. I ordered a SMALL sandwich and was charged a medium. I went up to tell them to change my order before they made it, but it just got worse. My husband ordered the meal and I used my coupon for free chips. The manager is very dishonest. To give me my difference back, she took away my free chips and still charged me for a medium sandwich. Both receipts are the same amount. She did NOTHING and didn't care. I've rated this same location before and again I would have given 0 stars. No wonder their average star rating is a 2!!!!!!!!
