The short guy with the beard working in the cigar room needs more training in customer service and cigar knowledge.He was stand offish and asked me to leave when I had a water cup in my hand as I was buying a cigar.He was not helpful and just said the prices are on the back of the cigars. I’ve come here for years I’ve never been treated that way.He also was unhelpful and did not cut my cigar as he pointed to the waitress to cut my cigar and then came out of the room to make sure I left. What a jerkoff.

Second time in this cigar lounge with the same great waitress (shout out to Meghan). Great location, good atmosphere, and a good selection of cigars and drinks. If you don't like all the smoke, there is an outside patio section.

My husband and I usually enjoy this cigar lounge as our go to night cap but this will be our last time coming in. The men working the cigar room were very aggressive and rude. They put a sour taste in my mouth towards silver leaf.

However, the experience was marred by one staff member who seemed frustrated by simple questions, asserting that all Padrons are the same and showing reluctance to assist another customer with different taste preferences.clamming to smoke 8 Padrons a day and acting like a cigar aficionado.

Great spot to relax with a drink and a good cigar. They had a good selection of drinks and cigars to choose from.
It is a great place to chill out after a good meal or show in downtown Fort Worth. The cigar selection is good, and the drinks were amazing! The employees were extremely friendly and informative. There is street side and inside seating. The furniture inside is very classy and comfortable. A definite stop if you enjoy a good stick and a pleasant environment.

Fun experience.Great drinks and pretty good air filtration system. Plenty of TVs to watch the games.We went before a steak dinner and then came back after. Really good spot to unwind and laugh. My review is only for the retail part, not the bar (which is lovely). The chief product seems to he pretension, with the clerk poopoohing my requests for certain cigars as being a bit pedestrian. I have spent the last year at the best shops in Paris, London and Vienna, sampling $50 Cubans. Don't patronize me.

We were leaving Hyena's Comedy Club and saw the cigar lounge across the street. Nice establishment with great service. The lady that was in charge of the humidor was awesome. She recommended a great cigar for my wife and was quickly able to help me as well. We will definitely be back!
