I purchased an order over the phone first the person on the phone was great I didn't get his name but he was a nice man. The food arrived faster than expected those were the only two good things. I spent $40.00 and the food sucked. The appetizers starting with the crab Rangoon were so over fried I couldn't eat them then the chicken skew and then beef skew were like eating jerky the egg rolls were mushy and full of grease. I ordered pepper steak and sweet and sour chicken with fried rice. Also ordered sweet and sour combination. The pepper steak had more green peppers and onions than beef there were about 5 small pieces of beef wasn't good at all. The sweet and sour chicken was worse now there was a lot of chicken but it wasn't crispy it was soggy and the sweet and sour sauce tasted like it was from a can or jar. The fried rice wasn't fried rice at all it was brown no eggs in it no peas or anything that makes fried rice. Now the sweet and sour combination was just as bad soggy pieces of chicken, pork and shrimp and the not restaurant made sauce. There were no pineapple onions or peppers in the chicken dishes which usually is in sweet and sour chicken. Now this was my experience and I won't be going back to skillman wok ever again. Very subpar food I would not recommend them to anyone Chinese food from the grocery store is better.

I have been going here for years ordering the same things everytime tonight I spent 80 dollars for my family.we got home my granddaughters food portion was so small compared to the exact other items we got I called the store they were very agruemenative and ended up hanging up on me very disappointed in my experience

The food is overpriced. The food is good and they fill the containers all the way, its a huge portion. However as far as food quality goes its certainly not worth 10.50+ tax a serving. It's alright, there are better places for the same cost. They also do not stay open the hours advertised.

Terrible customer service by Asian customer service worker. Called to get any credit because of bad food order. Hung up on and blocked. Have not ordered since. Should stand together to let them know people should not be disrespected. You could be next. Plenty of Chinese restaurants that as good or better. Being blocked means they do not need people to order. 1/4/24 Still blocked. They make plenty of money not to provide good customer service. Why go? Food is not what I remember as great Chinese food. Same sauces on everything. No clean clear sauces. Chow mein should be one of those. Flavorful and clean. Place still dark and uninviting. Can't give 0 stars. Saving money on not having people eat in but raising prices.
So my mom and I’s little tradition was to order in from here about twice a month. The food is consistently amazing and when you ask for any adjustment, they do it, no questions asked. No onions in the fried rice? Done. Extra mushrooms? Done. The food is always hot, and now that mom is gone, in an odd way, it makes me feel closer to her when I grab a bite from Skillman Wok. So I just visited this place and spent $40 on three meals. Whenever I got home everything I ordered tasted like fish once I called back up there to inform the owner or whoever the worker was that couldn't hardly speak English. I told her about the fishy taste. She basically hung up on me after she told me we use the same cook. This couldn't happen. I can't remake your order. I assured her that I wasn't trying to get my money back or her to remake it. I was only letting her know that they were using the same grease that they cook fish in apparently..Sadly that's when she hung up on me

The girl upfront was so rude he said for me not to talk to the cooks or even ask them how I want my food the guy has always done that whit the boss permission and she comes at me whit a attitude like I have the money to pay her I wasn't telling her to give it to me for free .but anyways I'll still go but not whit her like wth she's not even the boss or manager to even tell who to talk or who not to talk to
